I agree that i have done a huge and uncertain mistake and therefore i apologize for the poor activity of mine. Next time i will be careful with such activities.

I think , you need to appeal to theymos . Plagiarism bans are permanent and they are on individual (not account specific.) It means you must cease the forum until you hear from theymos (very unlikely Theymos will reply you) and even he reply I do not think his decision will be on your favor.
In short , It is "Game Over" for you.
