Scam? For that transaction ID you posted ? Whats the proof of this accusation? You can't accused to anyone/anybody without valid proofs. If you don't know what's the reason why every transaction didn't confirm immediately then you'll need to research first what's going on block chain.
It looks your transaction already delivered. but just try to post your problem in the meta section, i hope the moderator will be help you. Please don't make an accusation without a lot of proof. Be patience mate.

It says smaller transactions on the website only needs one confirmation to be sent to your final address but after waiting for almost 2 hours + 6 confirmations, still not coins have shown up...
I'm also still waiting on my mixed coins and I have already 15 confirmations (incoming) and no transaction for outcoming address!This stinks like EXIT SCAM!
