As above, no. You can bid on forum ad slots here or have someone design you a bbcode signature if you wanted.
I have actually suggested that image banners be allowed as a perk in a special donator rank which I think would be a worthwhile bonus/investment to consider.

No. Only BBCode is accepted and those are the rules per each rank:

I haven't seen any so it's safe to say that you can't have a banner in signature.
Is it possible to have a Banner or picture in his Signature?
