Hi all - newbie here. Glad to have finally signed up and exited the ranks of lurker to enter this great community.

We all want to see Bitcoin take off and become a major worldwide currency. So what do you guys think are the major barriers to mass adoption left? To me the main issue right now is we're still in the 'early adopter' phase and the general public is just not ready to accept Bitcoin as a reliable currency. Also, I think some work needs to be done on making sending/receiving money more user friendly. Thoughts?
