I gave it shot and arrived at 15 to be the right answer though i am the perfect mathematician.

(a+b)2=a2+2*a*b+b2
You only have to use the binomial formula when there is a variable in it. Sure, it also works with numbers, but it is unnecessary work. The answer is 2463. (a+b)2=a2+2*a*b+b2
