I found this coin. I think it could work as a draft. I really like how it is done and with the words written around, like repect, hornour, courage etc. if this would be changed this could be impressive. I am not a designer, so someone else would be better for the job.
Maybe it should be not too childish. Its still Batcoin :-) and should represent a bit more power. by such words. Probably a mixture between both could be good.
Also, I is not necessary that a face is in the middle of the coin. so this is all up to variation.
I hope this helps and is still some bats worth. still took my some time to find something which could be usefull.

this would be a title
1 design of the title is enough, as it will be used on all of the titles anyway so no need in designing 10 of them with different texts

the competition is not only about the coin logo, but also about the thread's titles design
1. the contest will run until February 25
2. winner will be picked by the community, with a poll thread opening at February 26
3. the winning energy will become the new official BatCoin logo and/or thread design and the winning designer will receive a payout in BATS, an estimated amount of 5,000,000 BATS will be paid out to the winner
for reference you can take a look at the current design, we want something less childish, colours MUST resemble somehow to batman BUT the logo & design CAN'T contain any copyrighted stuff that are clearly connected to DC comics
the winner will have to supply .psd/.ai or any other source files for the design
