Get some beer, let's hangout together and tell me your problem I'll give you an advice once I'm already drunk! Wink

Kidding aside, you're one of a great member of this forum and I don't want to see you like that you have to get up now dude, there's a better life outside that frustration. Deal with that problem with your great plan, if its just a money don't feel sad because you can always earn that, if its something serious then ask your family, friends or anyone that can help you. You can win that battle dude, just don't give up!

You're thinking better now, because you seek for people's advice that's good buddy just keep going!
In life, we can't always have what we want and life can't go always according to our plan but you have to move on and make a plan again. I also have a big problem before, make a big mistake but that's ok because we can always start over again. If you still have extra money go for a vacation, you have to rebuild yourself and fight that frustration that's not the end of your story something good will happen soon. God bless you mate, keep fighting!

Hey buddy! Better go out from time to time, call and meet old friends. Being alone in times like that is very dangerous. You need someone to talk to, people who could take you or lead you to do something that would make you enjoy and forget about what had happened in the past. Make new friends if there's a chance, find something interesting to do. When I was in the same situation, I used to go out, treat myself, went on vacation at least not being alone at home. Weather changes so your situation will also change. Believe and hope for something better to come.

Are you frustrated just because of the bitcoin price movements and your actions,or there's another reason?
Do you have issues with poverty and debts?Do you have a job?
Just try to do meditation every day, forgive yourself and keep in mind that shit happens from time to time, but everything will be all right in the end.

I think you need to take some break bud you need to rest and relax a bit,
It would really help you to clear some things on your mind you are just being depressed .
Go out with your friends or talk to your family spend time with them it could help you get back to your old self.
I think you are just being stressed out because of the market and your problems.

Thanks for trying to help but I don't think I'm depressed or ever thought about suicide (that's not even an option or solution to any problem). I just tried googling depression & its symptoms to understand it better and well I'm not experiencing any of those and speaking about financial status (recession) since it has to with depression, I'm financial stable at least I'm comfortable. Me selling my bitcoin before rebuying wasn't out of need for money but I was trying to take advantage of the volatile nature of bitcoin which backfire but with less losses. Like I said, it was as a result of me not thinking right out of frustration. It feels like everything that was working for my aren't working any more and that's getting me frustrated.

What you're experiencing right now can be best described as Depression, not frustration because like you said you can't tie that feeling to a particular event. If it were frustration you would know where it's coming from. It's not even from the loss you suffered from trading off your Bitcoin. Every little negative occurrence around any depressed person tends to elaborate their situation.

A major step to kicking out depression is what you've just done - speaking out. Trust me, I have been there too in the past and life looked gloomy. I got disinterested in things happening around me and that stupid suicidal voice kept ringing in me ears. It was horrible.

However, I was able to get rid of mine by finding a way to make myself happy (which was very difficult, I must tell you). Find that thing that made you happy in the past and try to indulge it now. Mine was watching Italian and American movies about good living and serenity - not the gun touting kind of movies.

These Buhari and Wike insensitivities are enough to cause depression. Please, find a way to lift yourself up. This too must surely pass. It shall be well!

Lately I have been so frustrated to the extent I no longer think accurately. If I was asked to give detail information why I'm feeling this frustrated I couldn't but all i can say is, things haven't been going great as planned lately. It has gotten to the extent this frustration has effect all aspects of my life including life on bitcointalk. The slightest things I'm suppose to laugh & forget about now provokes me.  It even became worse when I sold some of my bitcoin for $6700 then bitcoin rose to around $8300 but thank goodness I didn't panic and was able to buy back in the recent market dip although with few losses. This act and other actions of mind I'm observing are unlike me. Like I said earlier I have not been thinking accurately for the past weeks and I have notice, it's affecting my life in general. I have been holding this onto myself for sometime now but decided to let it out. I need help on handling frustration.
