The price is not high but comparatively low as compared to other signature designers.However,those experienced signature designers have quality work and they put in efforts to make professional design.You with no history as a designer,no portfolio reduces your chances of getting hired.Either prove your are equally good with low charges or show some quality work.

Really cheap rates, but how are you providing whole signatures within a hour?
Have you done any previous work? Your current signature is not really attractive, unless you can show some actual previous work.
For example, the current signature of yours is not nearly worth 0.005BTC, because it takes maybe 2 minutes to do as well with some copy paste skills.
