Hello, yes thank you very much for all of your effort HolyDarkness, I have received all of my funds. How do I change this ro resolved?

Like mentioned by two other prominent members above, just edit the title with a word "resolved". I'd like to add that you better lock the thread too, to avoid further useless discussion and spam. Also to re-inform you that if you still want to play with BC, they welcome you on their UK site. Feel free to register there.

Regarding the situation with your coinbase, is it the exchange version you're using [and to receive your refund] or is it the wallet vesion? FAIK, though the exchange version is a custodial wallet [you didn't own the priv key] the wallet version is non-custodial, so unless I understand things wrongly [I didn't use coinbase at all] suppose you're using the wallet version [with its non-custodial nature] the basic principle of "not your key not your coin" doesn't apply as you have full control of the wallet through priv key.

This is my understanding of your wallet arrangement when you mentioned coinbase, that you're referring to your wallet, not your exchange account. In case you do use their exchange account instead of their wallet, due to its custodial property, I'll strongly suggest you to heed what examplens and AHOY said.

Hello, yes thank you very much for all of your effort HolyDarkness, I have received all of my funds.
If I understood correctly, you received a refund from the casino to the Coinbase address?
Why did you choose Coinbase for that, do you know that they do not allow deposits from gambling sites? There is a high probability that you and they will block funds.

How do I change this ro resolved?
Just edit the subject on the first post and add resolved.

I had exactly the same thought but then I was thinking "guess OP knows what he is doing". I have read about cases there sending from a casino straight to an exchange might cause some trouble, that's for coinbase and for example also binance. So it's quite tricky to risk this but maybe OP did it before, no clue. In my opinion it's always better to first send it to a regular wallet before moving it somewhere else, but that's just me.
Anyway, I am also glad this got resolved, always great to see someone getting paid finally. Big props to holydarkness as always, without his help I guess this would take even longer, great job man!

As previously stated, just edit the first post and there you can edit the subject. After that you can close the topic, bottom left corner under the last post.

OP, they've successfully sent the refund to your address a couple of hours ago [TXID]. Do you mind to check and confirm if you've received them safely in your wallet in full and mark this thread as resolved afterward?

I have just sent you a pm with my USDT address on ethereum network from my coinbase. Will this work?

This is me confirming that I've received your PM with address.

Let me relay that to my contact so we can put this to rest for good. I'll ask them to give me the TXID once they done with it. Or perhaps you can provide us yourself, suppose you've got it during the next couple of hours, given I am about to tackle my IRL issues and will not be available for the forum until at least five to six hours ahead.

edit: OP, do you mind to share that address you sent me to them through email? Procedures and all.

Just sent it, hopefully will receive today ideally

OP, I think I can see now why it is "so difficult" for them to refund you and took them so long. My contact reached me and from what I can infer from their explanation, they can only refund LTC in BEP and they're not sure you're OK with this.

Well, long story short, will you be OK with LTC BEP20? If you prefer on other chain, they can do it on USDT, on TRC, ERC, or BEP. Kindly let me know soon as you get this and make a call so I can inform them and get this sorted out.

Hello, okay only thing is I'm not to clued up on all the terms. I use coinbase, there's no option to select, would LTC BEP20 receive okay to coinbase? Thank you

I am not sure about this. My two cents though, just to be on the safe side, a USDT seems to be more ideal as it seems more risk-free.

How would he know. Just take it in usdt and all the back and forth is over, at least that's what I would do.
Anyway, I wonder what this "we can only refund in LTC on BEP-20" nonsense is all about. I just checked and you can withdraw on the regular LTC chain on site. And since OP has no clue about LTC bep-20 I guess he never used this chain to deposit as well.
This all feels quite off if you ask me. Just pay him the way he deposited and that's it.

So like I said, OP just take usdt and you can use it for whatever at coinbase, I think that's the easiest way. Oh, and when you choose usdt, let them or holy know your usdt address as well so there won't be another 1-3 days delay.  Cool

I am not sure about how they ended up with this LTC situation myself, but I think OP deposited in LTC or at least wagered into LTC, given his balance is in LTC. That's why they intended to refund him in LTC [and this whole delay situation]. Otherwise, if he uses other chain and/or his balance is in other token/coin, they won't propose an LTC refund.

I've inquire to them earlier today before I leave and I just home from my IRL activities. Let me try to nudge them again. But rest assured that I am sure they have no malicious intent in a sense of deliberately withholding your fund, I believe it's just an interdepartmental communication lag.

Uhh... Sorry, by "today", I am referring in forum time. It's still 18.20, by this forum time converted to my local time, I am home and having free time at hand, and I usually still roaming around the forum and/or handling issue behind the screen for the next couple of hours and/or having my forum device nearby while spending the rest of the day.

I am in an active contact with my, uhh well, contact. We've just tackled one neighboring issue and now they're looking at why you haven't get your LTC as we speak. I'll update the second I hear from them.

Did you manage to find anything out yesterday?

Thank you

I haven't heard from them since after I gave them a follow up that you haven't got your LTC and they told me that they'll inquire to the department responsible for it. Let me try to reach them again today.

Rest assured, I will pursue the matter and keep reminding them until this situation resolved.

Regarding the account lock, our Risk Team detected suspicious activity that suggested the possibility of unauthorized access. To ensure account security, we requested KYC (Know Your Customer) verification to confirm ownership.

What I don't understand about this phrase is, what would KYC confirm? They had no clue who he was before the KYC. So even if there would have been an unauthorized login or whatever, this person could easily also just go through KYC then, if no other personal information was added into the account, other than just an email of course.

To prove a person s the rightful account owner it would make more sense to ask for a screenshot of the wallet or transaction ID of the last deposit in the the BC account, this would help. But asking for KYC doesn't make any sense tbh.

Hopefully the man can finally get his money, there is no need to drag this even longer. 6 days since he sent the address and still nothing happened. I wonder why they always take so long to finish the simplest "investigations" or actions. They pretend to be a big player but their team seems to be tiny and not well organized.

Suppose the player has previously perform KYC, they can match the data with the older one, to be sure that the account is not hacked and still at the hand of the real owner. For a situation that the player haven't perform any level of KYC before, sending from email [manual KYC] helps assure the security staff at a degree that the one in touch with them is the real owner, since it's quite safe to say that in a case of hacked account, it's only the BC account that got hacked, not the personal email registered with the account. Thus, an email from the original registered address will help assure them. And then, they can use the data submitted for future record.

This is why they're asked to submit KYC through email instead of the "automated" KYC through the platform.

Regarding the investigation, it's done. They've got to the bottom of it and asked my help to relay their findings.

OP accessed BC from the site that's designed to be for worldwide customer. They found that OP is UK citizen and these group of people should access BC from their dedicated site, [bcgame.uk]. They believe this is a simple and honest mistake, and more than happy to release OP's fund and would welcome him to play from their UK site.

The problem here is simply a delayed payment, of which I'll try to sort it out before the day end.

Yes, as above explained as well as made known to me, the main issue with your account is that you're a UK citizen, your KYC shows UK, and they have a dedicated site for UK, of which the account have to be created from that site. They can't release this current one as it is not meant for UK resident, but they understand that this is a simple situation that has no bad intention at all in it, thus they're releasing your fund and urged you to play on a more appropriate site.

Regarding the LTC, I'll nudge them, see if I can expedite this. Mind to shoot me your LTC address? The same one you sent them for refund.

Edit: well, just reached my contact to see if they need me to inform them your LTC addy. They don't think they do. They'll reach the dept that received your email and will send the fund as soon as they can, and will provide TXID for it once done. Please wait just a liiiitle bit and we'll get this done.

Thank you for the update, thought the funds would have been sent by now, is there an idea of when?

Hmm... I thought you've received it and didn't bother to update the thread. I was about to ask my contact to confirm from their side. So, yeah, let me try to nudge them to see what they have to say about this instead.

No not heard anything, from Germany

Oh? Germany? Are you, by any chance, a UK resident that moved to Germany? I noticed it through the info you first provided to me. And when I inquire your situation to my contact, they told me that your KYC shows a UK citizenship. However, don't be panic as they mean no harm as they believe this is a simple mistake.

Below is the exact response from my contact,

We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience regarding your locked account.

Please note that our services and site is blocked in the UK, and  due to geo-restrictions, only our UK-specific domain (https://www.bcgame.uk/)  is accessible within the United Kingdom.

Regarding the account lock, our Risk Team detected suspicious activity that suggested the possibility of unauthorized access. To ensure account security, we requested KYC (Know Your Customer) verification to confirm ownership.

Given these circumstances, we regret that we are unable to unlock the account. However, we are more than willing to assist with any pending funds associated with the account. Please feel free to reach out to our live support team or contact us by email for further assistance.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Hi, haven't they get to you yet? If I may ask [though I can infer this from the information you gave me], do you mind telling us from which country you're accessing them from? I'll try to nudge them and see if the issue is indeed with geo-restriction and whether they have made a ruling about it.

Yes on Friday they sent an email asking for the documents and deposit screenshots, I sent them. And then 2 hours afterwards I received an email back saying that they have been successfully verified. Then last night they asked to confirm my mobile number. But not heard anything since then.

In regards to my initial post, yes all these documents and details was already on my account already. All KYC documents, email, phone number..

In other words, they have not finished verifying your account, they still need to validate your mobile phone number. I think that's why it's still inaccessible. Have you got any reply from them about the development of your account verification since then? Can you access your account now?

If you haven't, I'll try to get in touch with them, see what's wrong or what's needed to get you regain your account.

Hello, no I haven't received a reply after confirming my mobile number. Still no access to account. Thanks for the help

Just an update:

Bc game have requested my documents for KYC, all have passed successfully. They have also requested screenshots of my latest deposit transactions, I have sent them. Also have confirmed my mobile number. When I log in it is still showing the error 4001, so I guess they haven't finished yet.

Umm... a tad bit unclear here. Those information above, you're telling us a thing that you've done in the past [KYC, latest deposit transaction, and confirming mobile number] and now [these past few days, that prompt you to raise this thread] you got the 4001 error, or is it something that they asked recently, as in the past 24 hours?

Because... yes, someone at BC managed to zeroing into your UID with the pieces of [incomplete] information we have here yesterday. I was wondering if they reached you after they found that, and then the above situation happened, or they're yet to reach you and, with your UID in their hand, still looking for what went wrong.

Yes they already had these documents from me months ago and was approved successfully. But they have requested them all again, so I sent them in and have been accepted again

To be redundantly clear, within the past 24 hours? That request to resend, it's within this past 24 hours? In other words, after I get in touch with my contact, and they're currently in the middle of sorting things out? If so, after you submit those requested documents, did they say something like verification successfull or anything that indicate they've finished with their investigation?

Yes on Friday they sent an email asking for the documents and deposit screenshots, I sent them. And then 2 hours afterwards I received an email back saying that they have been successfully verified. Then last night they asked to confirm my mobile number. But not heard anything since then.

In regards to my initial post, yes all these documents and details was already on my account already. All KYC documents, email, phone number..

just give it some time, they are probably doing something that's why haven't finished fixing your issue yet. they will probably contact you when they are finished with what they are doing. good luck, I hope you get your issue resolved soon.

Oh not again BC.Game has cleaned themselves long ago so when I saw this I was saying something is wrong at something because I don't think they can do this again. I have also made a comment on this issue on their main announcement thread. The only person that can explain things well here is the representative of bc.game here in the forum. Either they have maintainace issue in the website or there are some internal errors in the site. And as you said since they are on the matter for the investigation. Then they will come back and give you feedback.

One, "scam accusations" happens on daily basis for many casinos, both the ones that cleaned themselves from a pile of cases like BC, Rollbit, and Stake, and the ones that promptly clear each and every case like betcoin. It's an everyday life here on this board.

Two, no, I would actually advise OP against commenting this issue on their ANN thread, because [as always] it'll make things harder to track, having two simultaneous threads. Yes, the only person that can explain things well here are the representatives of BC.Game, and they have been notified. They're on it.

I am fully KYC verified and have made several deposits and withdrawals. That's why I am confused as to why this is happening
Then there's chance that your country might be blacklisted on their site and that's why you're getting that error. Have you been using some type of VPN for opening the site or you were able to login with your own country IP? Hope you'll get some help as holydarkness is willing to help you out.

Have you checked your welcome email from BC.Game? Im not really sure but your UID might be included there alongside your account information.
I just checked all the emails I've received from bc.game (both verification and promotional emails) and none of them contains the user id. So, unfortunatey he will have to skip this option.

It’s going to be an extra work for the support agent but since the username is supposed to be unique, it’s not going to be hard to find the uid associaed to it.

that is unfortunatelly... not.

Shoot me your email address, the one you used to sign up to BC. Maybe I can bully someone on my contact to look up on their database and see which UID does that email belong to.

OP, BC.Game Support forgot to ask you, and as I happened to be talking with them to get a case going [and brushed upon your case], I am asking on their behalf. Do you mind to give us your UID? Not just the username, the numbers that used to identify your account. That'll greatly help them zeroing into your situation.

If you feel uncomfortable sharing your UID here, kindly PM me the info and I'll relay it to their team so they can promptly investigate.

Hello, I don't know the UID unless I'm able to log in and view it. Is there another way for me to find it? Thank you

Hello, thank you for your reply. I have sent the relevant documents and screenshots of my deposits to bc game. I have attached a screenshot of the email that I shortly received afterwards stating that I have successfully passed the KYC, but when I try to log in it still says error: 4001

Since BC game representative already aware of this case, all you can do is wait and update the community if you have. Don't be hopeless. Based on your statement, it seems like you were KYC'ed months ago and you are an old player without having any issues. If it's an verification issue, probably they may ask you to complete the KYC again. We expect some update from the casino representative.

We have seen another case lately. The user was saying his 44 Level account was deleted. But with the help of holydarkness, they were able to get back their account. It was just some security issue with the account. I assume you have a similar problem which should not take a long time.

Thank you, yes I feel better about the situation now that I have more clarity and correspondence. I am sure everything will be fine in the end.

Hello all, I have been playing at Bc Game for nearly two years, made plenty of deposits and withdrawals without issues. I am also fully KYC verified which I uploaded and was successfully verified months ago.

On the 30th of October I made a $2500 withdrawal and then I was automatically logged out. I tried to log back in and I received an error code 4001: verification access issue

I contacted live support and they have been no help whatsoever

My username is: Plunderman

Are there bc game representatives in here that can help resolve this for me?

Thank you

Thank you for reaching out. We're currently reviewing your issue, and we appreciate your patience as we work on this.

Not sure about this but I think it’s you who have posted this topic on another forum:
https://www.backinamo.com/forum/topic/bc-game-error-4001-after-making-withdrawal/
If it was you then I think it would have been more appropriate and helpful if you have included the support answer in this topic too instead of saying "they were of no help".
The support answer was "that it can take up to 15 days."

I understand your frustration but you should have given them more time before creating this topic as this board, as the name suggests, is dedicated for scam accusations.

Yes the live support that copies and pastes the same answer regardless of what you ask them, I would like to add that I haven't received any form of feedback as to why this is happening by the way. So feeling frustrated is an understatement

edit: just red your last post and I can see you've posted your complaint on their announcement thread (which I believe was the right thing to do). You can also send them a pm to be sure they are aware of your case and hopefully it won’t take long before they get back to you.

Hello, tried all the official mirror sites, and they all come up with the same error message.

Well this is certainly an odd problem! Usually if they disabled your account, there would be a note or something telling you why.  But that 4001 error code makes it seem more like some random tech thing going wrong.

Have you tried logging in with a different browser or device yet? To make sure it isnt something on your end.  If it keeps happening everywhere though, gotta be an issue their side.

Probably a new tech related on the website implemented by their dev team. Such error cannot be solved by just changing browsers since its related to backend changes with the account manager or from automated one, probably due to the withdrawal process or something.

@OP when did this happen? And when did you message their support?

On the 30th, I emailed [email protected] shortly afterwards. Live support have said it can take between 10-15 business days for a response. I know Its just a case of well wait until then. But when you haven't done anything wrong and have a lot of money stuck in there you fear for the worst. And it's not just about the money I really enjoy their casino

I had the same thought when I first saw the thread. I know I have seen several people come to the forum to create scam accusation threads about their account being blocked/banned but never have I seen anyone mentioned getting a “4001 error” if indeed the account was banned for any reason I’m sure bcgame would have created a pop up notification for him to see each time he tries to log into his account and also sent him an email notifying him that his account was banned, I don’t think they’ll use a “4001 error” for this type of stuff.

BC.game has their own official representative on this forum, I believe you should contact him as he might help you in resolving the issue that you're having. There's chance that issue is only because either you aren't KYC verified fully or you might be from a blacklisted country. If you're from a blacklisted country then it could be troublesome for you to get your withdrawal.

Website is working fine for me and I used BC.game and was able to access it. I think it might be issue with your internet connection. Why do I feel that this topic does not belong to the scam accusation board rather something that would have been addressed in their official ANN thread in the form of a complaint and their representative in the forum would have simply attended to you. Putting the topic under scam accusation makes it look like there were fowl play by the casino whereas there is none because others can still access the casino.

Yes I realise that now, it is not my intention to make out that bc game have scammed me in any way. Searching the forum for bc game this sub section came up, so I posted it here. This website being called bitcoin talk, I assumed that posting it anywhere else would be irrelevant
