This is not a scam accusation thread so what here. You would have used it to make comments on their announcement thread to get quick respond from them.

You don't have to post it here and nobody can help you but only the support team of the casino can help  you and if the support team is not responding to you then , you can contact the representatives of the casino here to help reach out to them. And if the answer from the email said you can resubmit your KYC then you have violated the ToS. Or you can contact them directly in the live chat.

The support offer an remaining balance withdraw ...how this approved this ...I was at a point has around 35k but lose most of it and the remaining balance around 10k

my balance right now around 25k .. hopefully they approved it even if it only 50% I will gladly accept it to cover my losses

Umm, OP, why are these post deleted? Does the circumstances changed?

Again, I'll ask you to supplement the thread with verifiable evidence to help me validate this accusation. I'll try to reach my contact on BC upon having a better [and valid] picture of what happened.

It's a dead link, at least for me. What I wonder is, how "big" did you win? Big is a different number for different people. I saw you are just a gold member with not really lot of wager (at least in comparison to many other people). So I wonder what you played and how much you won. Mostly you play house games so I have seen, so there is not much to win anyway.

I am yet to reach my contact as I can't validate the accusation situation of this thread [and the image above won't show on my device clearly don't help], but I'll try to reach them, see if I can get the process of seeing what happened and why you can't do KC got escalated

OP, could you please find out reasons why your KYC failed? Could it be due to your jurisdiction? Invalid documents? Unclear photos? I believe they will be more than willing to share with you this information and from it, we or you can forge out a way forward.

But please be patient with them. Support sometimes takes a few days to respond. We also have representatives here who might help in case things take much longer.

I post here because this rhe only page that I cant post from ..on the bcgame forum I didint find the button to create the post there ...and I seen similar lost here before so that why I post here  ....the support havent replied my message been 18 hours ..so I just let this post open
you can find the "start new topic" button on the homepage of their forum(check the image below), once you click that you need to choose which board you want to post your complaint on, which I'd assume is the "Help / Feedback" board of their forum.



You need to contact customer support is what the email says.
Did you tried contacting them?
If not contact customer support , they will help you.
This is not a scam this is simply a failed KYC verification imo.
according to the OP, he already did but they haven't replied yet.

Can somebody help me with my kyc, i have all the documents to do the kyc, I contacted the live support but they didnt answered , and on the email after my kyc failed they replied with " We regret to inform you that after reviewing, your KYC verification has not been approved. Unfortunately, resubmission is not an option at this time. While we understand this news is disappointing, our priority is platform security. For concerns or questions, contact Customer Service. Thank you for your understanding. Though KYC wasn't approved, we hope you'll still find value in our other services.

I've got most of what I need here to reach them and get them to look into your situation. The only thing I still need now is something to validate the accusation. Can you perhaps provide us with the screenshot of that email they sent you? It'll work as a better and more solid evidence than a copy-pasted text.

Why would you post this in the scam accusation board? Do you think you were scammed by BC GAME?

If it’s about KYC, then only they can provide the answer. There’s likely a reason why your KYC failed, and that’s something you need to clarify with them. You’ll also need to comply with their requests. If you can’t meet their requirements, your KYC won’t be approved.

Posting here won’t help, as that transaction is strictly between you and BC GAME - unless this is truly a scam accusation.
