PLAN =
% of the BCC airdrop is placed into https://bitcointalk.org/ savings account.
It does 2 things:
1. Funds this website via BCC
2. helps maintain price by reducing money supply, aka reserve bank, spend in times of plenty, buyback/save in times of weak markets low donation revenue.
The fund can be overseen by collective voting system on what to spend BCC on and when to spend it.
There should be a counsel of 42 trusted/elected members that must cosign expenditures.
There should be a "BCC FUND" GM, and micro managers. (just like any company) pay them if we want or not.
There should also be several commitees that suggest and guide projects.
also
"BCC FUND" can help pay for BCC wallet Dev, but the Dev/Coin is a separate thing unto itself.

I think the dev should do more work to promote the coin, and increase the value of the coin..

The general idea is that BCC could be used as a means to ::
1. Pay servers, sysadmin
2. Pay for upgrades/improvements ... coders coding cool new things
3. Reward/tip wise contributions/comments/content
