I’m posting here because I’m dealing with a serious issue on BC.Game, and the support team hasn’t provided any meaningful help. I’m hoping someone here can offer advice, or that BC.Game steps up to resolve this.
Their support is literally useless and just copy and pastes the same generic responses, which is insulting and basically an F you...
Here’s what happened: - I placed a bet on a match, and I
won. The match result was confirmed as a win both on BC.Game and external sources like Flashscore. My account history even shows the bet as “won.”

$3,112 in USDT) have not been credited to my account balance, even though it’s been over 24 hours since the bet was settled.
My account shows $0 and all of my bcd disappeared. If I credit soemthing from the bonus section it disappears:

BCD balance keeps disappearing. Every time I add bonus funds or claim something, my BCD resets to zero for no clear reason.
When I reached out to BC.Game support, the experience was frustrating and unhelpful: 1.
Generic Responses: They kept copy-pasting the same response about “incorrectly settled bets,” even though I explained multiple times that my bet was settled
correctly and is marked as a win in my history.
2.
Lack of Action: I asked them to investigate why the winnings weren’t credited, but they didn’t provide any real answers or solutions.
3.
No Escalation: Despite my repeated requests, they refused to escalate the issue to a manager or someone who could assist further.
This is clearly a technical issue on their side, and it’s incredibly frustrating that they’re not addressing it. I’ve provided all the necessary details, including the ticket ID, proof of the win, and the match results. Everything checks out, so there’s no reason why my winnings haven’t been credited.
What I need BC.Game to do: 1. Credit the missing
$3,112 USDT to my account immediately.
2. Investigate and fix the issue with my
BCD balance disappearing.
This has gone on for too long, and the lack of proper support is unacceptable. BC.Game, I need you to take this seriously, investigate the issue properly, and resolve it as soon as possible.
If anyone here has experienced something similar or knows how to escalate this, I’d really appreciate your advice.
