I am a new account at bc.game and have never used it for gambling in fact I only played one round then I exchanged it for XLM then withdrew it, I think you may have activated the bonus or made another mistake, read the terms and conditions of the site, all my withdrawal processes do not take time 10 minutes

I checked your profile after seeing the tag but it is obvious you got those tags and I think you will have to sort your cases out. But not withstanding, I attempted to register on your casino through the email option but I think there is an issue somewhere as I got a response; you can see it on the uploaded picture.

Just as Shasan has asked you, I will also ask you similar question. What is the guarantee that after taking the survey you will pay the $10 as you have promised without any other procedures involved and also without demanding for KYC since you are issuing the survey rewards on your casino platform.
