BC is is totally scams,

I never suggest any others to signup there, because they close my account without any reasons: i have invited lots of players, they closed account without any notice.

If you play and loss your account will be stay active if you win they will close your account after few months and give you some terms of copy paste.

Guys someone should inform other players, feeling like bcgame rugpulll coming. I saw around 50 case this week about risk/closed acc in this week.

I am also facing this problem. I contacted live support and they referred me to email support.
I sent 2 emails on 11th November and 15th November but till now, no reply from the team. Since I have no funds there I gave up and never went back there.

We have 28 live support agents working

To be fair, your support system is really poor. I contacted support about my account issue and they asked me to write an email. Maybe my account is blocked due to long-time inactivity. It was not so hard to solve.
I followed their instructions and sent an email on 11th Nov. But I didn't get a response from your support agents yet.

UPDATE:
I have contacted the live support team again. The team said I need to verify my KYC though I don't know how to do it as my account is still blocked.
Also, I don't know why they are asking me to verify KYC. As far as I can remember, I have never deposited there and have no funds left in my account. I just wanted to share my affiliate link on my blog and Telegram group.
Anyway, I would stay out of it and not verify my KYC for no reason. [note: the support team is super slow]

That's what made me say that. In any casino, if you don't cheat or abuse the rules, your account is safe unless it's the casino itself that is known to be a scam. But as far as I know, bc.game is a casino with a good reputation on this forum so they do not ban random user accounts for no good reason. And if the casino, through customer service, doesn't want to explain what went wrong, they may think it's pointless to deal with someone who has made a mistake or violated their rules. Many people still use their casinos properly, correctly and honestly and do not try to break the rules.

I believe that if a casino is of good repute , they should tell in public what went wrong. In this case the bc.game should tell in public what happened with the op account and why the account has been closed.

If they do not respond in public people will think that it is the casino who was at the fault and they do not want to return the gamblers money.

Bitcointalk is an open discussion forum where the gamblers and the site owners have the freedom to discuss on any matter related to their accounts or money. More importantly we all are seeing the these conversation and if the one side do not respond its only means that they are at guilty.
Bc.game has to come up and response on this in order to clear the situation.

It is not the first time I have seen this error, they have made the same warning to the new accounts just because of the Red Flags by the system.
Usually, it is an alt account and bonus abuse case, it is hard to prove that you don't abuse any promotion.
They count affiliate earnings as profit so many high-rollers open new Bc.game accounts to farm affiliate rewards.
BC.Game team has made this decision to prevent bonus abuse but you can email them or pm the representative account to explain the situation.
That warning is not correct anyways, it appears when the system permanently closes your account which is hard to recover. If your rank was higher than level 38 it is worth spending time on the recovery process, IMO.
I already saw this warning after I logged-in in my Gmail account but I never experienced this in any of my gambling accounts. The OP can just follow the instructions given to him and that should solve his problem. If not then he can post on the ann thread of BC.Game in this forum which are located here.

This problem can occur not only on the newly created accounts but can happen too on old accounts which password is weak enough and easy to guess. It's better to create a much stronger password and then enable 2fa's for the safety of our accounts because there are so many hackers now lurking around. If it's about abuse then the account will be insta ban or the warnings will look differently.

I have not tried the gambling platform that you are talking about, if your account category is at level 25 for sure you will get a lot of benefits from your account on that gambling platform.

The only thing I don't understand is, you were told that it was a suicide threat, so it has been permanently locked, what does it mean when the support told you that? did they define how it became a threat? Or maybe you committed some violations that you just didn't notice against their rules dude.

same here , I also received emails back then but never complied because I only changing password in my own decision and not just I received emails from the site/scammer.
though I also send emails first to the right email from that said site once i decide changing password.
but better for the  site answering His emails asking about the reason though OP did not clear when did he send emails or if that take time till now.

Somehow I just think that @OP has done something that violates the rules of bc.game so he has to accept the risk of closing his account.
If he doesn't make a mistake, bc.game will not easily close someone's account, especially for people who have been playing at the casino for a long time.
Or maybe he deliberately created another account to chase bonuses or did something else so that bc.game closed his account without any notification.
If @Op doesn't think he did anything wrong, intentionally or unintentionally, he can email customer service asking for clarification.
He'll usually have to wait a while before getting a reply so be patient.

When I first read the thread I thought that maybe the OP could have been subjected to a hack and the casino was protecting them so they did not lost their money.

However since this seems to be more widespread than I thought there is the possibility they have standards that are too strict and they block accounts of their customers thinking they were hacked when this was not the case, and if we combine this with a slow support then this explains why the OP seems unable to get back their account.

How did you know that they closed your account? From your OP it seems like they just asked you to reset your account’s password. Now what’s the problem with that? If you are unable to reset it or lost access to the recovery mediums, then it might be troublesome for you. Still give a try and mail the support team for assistance. BC.game has good reputation, so they don’t close any player’s account like this. Moreover you need to also make sure that, you didn’t break their any terms and services. If you are honest from your side, then definitely you will get back your account back.

If you have done something or violate site rules and regulations or terms then it would be normal that they would be locking your account.It is really just that there are players who are
just fighting on whats right into their mind and they are really fighting for their rights even they do know that they are in wrong with this.
Bc.game is known to be reputable and known on this forum which we cant make out some exclusion but it is really hard to believe that they are scamming out their
users via locking up with those accounts.

I thought as much and was wondering because I have not really heard any  member here complaining of this casino and from the looks of things I think they have good reputation here already and OP seems to be making accusations without any proof. This got me thinking about ops tagged account and the possibility of a smear campaign against top casino here. At first op failed to present evidence to back his claim which makes it lack credibility and as a matter of fact I do not think this should be taken serious till OP does the needful before any further talks. Nevertheless, the casino representative would also be needed to come clear the air as to know if what OP is saying is true or not so we do not pass wrong judgment which might eventually cause some misunderstanding.

Instead of complaining, you can reset your account many there had been some attempt of your account being hacked. Try and change your password so you can start using it again.
One of the challenges so many people face during this kind of thing is that they violate the law and does not follow the rules and the regulation of the platform so when it reach to the process of cashing out then and they have already violated the rules and regulation of the platform it will be very hard for them to work on that particular account neither the account get blocked or the team will not respond to them
Most of the complaints that have being rolling recently points to the fact that casinos are tightening the security and any fawl play must be punished,  I don't thinks casino will listen to such complaint and even creating a thread about it may become invalid and in all for.
*If an account violates the rule of the casino, it is within their right to close tch account to avoid possible access for further abuse of their system.
*And if an individual have a case to prove, he should include evidence that could support the claim.

OP is not responding here, either this problem has been solve or he don’t care anymore.
The best thing to do here is to ask the support why, or you can just move on and look for another site if you didn’t lose money here. Probably, there’s a reason for this and that site will not do it if your account didn’t violate the terms.

OP keeps logging into the forum, I think it's likely he's waiting for some response from the casino rep, but since the casino rep still hasn't responded so far, the best thing OP can do is keep logging into the forum and wait for an answer. although I think OP should PM the casino representative

Just like any others, One of  my speculations of this is being a typical phishing site. OP You can recheck your browser history and check if you have log in on the correct BC game website and verify if that is the one that shows that made you reset your account. Normally this don't show until you failed multiple log in attempts and this message "Your account is at risk." don't typically show on the front page of any website. It is commonly sent on an email that is bound on the account. If ever your balanced is swept on the casino, I think casino won't help responsible for it given that it is an human error and the thing that they can do to you is to recover your account from these hackers.

This is either a phishing email or somebody tried to hack/bruteforce your account. Perhaps you could provide the screenshot of this email? Did you check the sender/email source code? Was it sent from bc.game's server? Have you tried every possible way to contact them? Email? Phone? Live chat? Sometimes even FB or Twitter may work.

Yes, maybe someone is trying to enter or hack his account.
Or it could be that he or the OP is trying to access the casino but using a VPN so no one else wants to enter but the owner himself but because of using a VPN the casino does not give permission to enter and sends him an email message to reset his account password.
Using a VPN, almost all crypto users and online casinos must often activate it so they forget to turn it off so they are still connected and used to access the casino.
It would be better for him to reset the password immediately and if there is no response from the support team then resubmit and tell what really happened.

I have to say.... this looks like a typical phishing scam email to me... can you right click on the url and then copy & paste it onto this platform, so that we can see if it is coming from the actual bc.game site or if it is just a phishing email that are trying to get hold of your login details?

Also, can you email the customer support or get hold of them via their official social media accounts to verify the origin of the email that was send to you?

If it is a phishing attempt.. then your login details are compromised... so I will advice you to contact them and then to change your password. (Did you enable 2FA? on that account) ?

You have to be careful to avoid being scammed. Just first check with BC.GAME support page or try to log in to your account directly from your webpage before you act. I would have provided you with more details if you provided more information. Be it as it may, it's good that you are careful of antics on the internet, if it's just a direct email, it might not be from the company. I'd received lots of it, particularly the ones pretending to be from Coinbase, I always ignore them as the sender's email is not always that of Coinbase itself.

But wait, are you sure you never violated any of its terms and conditions? And have you tried resetting your password just as suggested via Gmail and you still weren't granted access? Because I'm sure that for such message to have pop-up is a sign maybe someone tried to accessing your account from a different device and got blocked by its robot due to protection against scams, and I think the only solution now is to contact customer care or its forum representatives just as suggested by other users, while also providing the necessary screenshot for further investigation

It is unfortunate that you are having such experience with your casino at this point in time. So sorry about that but if I may ask you this question was there anything you did while trying to play on their platform? because as I see, you already have a negative trust attached to your account here which means otherwise because one would think you have default the casino policy and hence they might likely carryout such act  on your account, another is this, you have no evidence backing your claims as this is an accusations against the casino. It would be nice you make available evidence for site seeing so that we could verify and know what to do and how to go about it with follow up and also comments and contributions from members of this platform. If their presence is registered here on this platform, their representative would need avail themselves here for clarity as to why your account was banned. In your own best interest, go get evidence as it is pictorial excerpts for sight seeing.

i just saw this case that the account is at risk usually if you violate the casino rules of course your account and funds will be frozen, try to change the password then log in to your account again, better share screenshots also in this thread

I don’t think that is the case. If he would have violate some rules, you would receive another message or your account would be banned. Maybe somebody tried to log in to his account and that’s why they say his account is at risk. Just speculating also.
I think there are also other problems, if he really broke the rules his funds and account should be frozen, but it's true what you said maybe someone broke into his account and the casino asked him to change the password for security

I don`t think that it is about scam. I think that they saw that`s someone trying to hack your account and blocked it. Try  to connect with them by e-mail and after that send screenshots of them to their support here.Check spam, may be there are mails with changing password/e-mail or answers from support.

Have you tried resetting your password via email just like what on the email said? You said they closed your account without reason, but they won't do that no unless they have notice some unusual behavior in your account. I haven't place in the bc.game for a while and I am not really sure about its service but I think there is other user here which have the same issue as you, have you tried posting on their ANN thread so they could notice them, it looks like they are hard to contact through email.

     -   If your account is at risk, why didn't you find out why you were told that in the email you used on their platform? you know I wish you had attached the screenshot in your email, because it shows something different than what is being told, maybe later. After all, you are just making up stories.

Could it be that you violated their rules and policies? Also, I was curious about your trust and it says default loan,... though it's irrelevant to your situation just wait for their email support to reply to you.

it looks like some old folks here who have been in BC.Game have never experienced something like this, but that's just my thoughts.
but if you look at the warning there are 2 possibilities:

1. someone is trying to hack your BC.game account.
2. you failed to try to reset your password.

but those are just some of my thoughts, for the rest try to respond to some of the replies here and provide screenshots of the problem. so some people here can help solve your problem.

can you share a screenshot also when you change your password maybe it will explain why your account is marked as risky i think maybe you made a mistake which is strictly prohibited by bc.games or go to their thread in this forum to complain about this

I am also facing this problem. I contacted live support and they referred me to email support.
I sent 2 emails on 11th November and 15th November but till now, no reply from the team. Since I have no funds there I gave up and never went back there.

We have 28 live support agents working

To be fair, your support system is really poor. I contacted support about my account issue and they asked me to write an email. Maybe my account is blocked due to long-time inactivity. It was not so hard to solve.
I followed their instructions and sent an email on 11th Nov. But I didn't get a response from your support agents yet.

Get one thing for sure about casino or gambling site, they can't just decides to lock your account without any reason they are humans like you and I and I believe before any action has been taken on your account then know there's unusual activity that has been going on your account that led them to display such messages to you. Better still I would love you to clear your cache and history then login back to your account, if you noticed it doesn't work then I will suggest you to write to them on Bitcointalk Ann thread I believe their representative will look Into your case, and this could be possible only if they have Ann thread here.

This is strange and why should you be prompted to change your password if the email reset setting is not working, I have never played on that site before and I have not been following up with their ANN thread discussion,  but generally speaking,  if what you posted as the error message you are getting is anything to work by, it means there are two things involved.
* The possibility that someone try to access your account t on the casino, and there noticed the unusual activities that triggered you account to be locked.
*secondly,  maybe the casino security team have made a mistake or trying to fix a bug, so the ultimate solution to this is that you keep on trying to get in touch with the casino support so that they will tell you what went wrong with the account and how to rectify it.

Two ideas I've got for this case.

1. Before you reset the password through email, wait for someone to verify that through their official support. Is the email domain that sent you that notice official from bc.game? Did you reach out first through their official link to verify if it's actually them?

2. If yes, why you haven't tried following the instruction first before the conclusion that they've closed your account? There's a reason why they've made your account have a reset and if that's the process then obey. But if not, then just ignore it because it could be a phishing link/email.

If the error you get while trying to login says your account is at risk, and that you should reset your password, it simply means that someone that is unauthorized have tried to access your account and BC.games blocked your account to protect you as well as stop the hacker from getting into your account.
Now, the above is just my assumptions based on how you phrase your topic, I could be wrong, but a way to confirm if what i said above is right is  to try to change your password, if you are unable to, contact support and give them time to respond, and when I say give them time, I mean give them like two weeks to respond, if by two weeks , they don't respond, then I believe you are then free to become suspicious and also create a scam accusation and remember to include the evidences.

Before creating an accusation thread, you would informed the ANN thread manager https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/bcgame-casino-and-sportsbook-1000-giveaway-live-5088875 and also the signature campaign manager if there is any and if there is no good reply, there you go ahead to the Scam Accusation Board and lay down your accusation there. And before you make any accusation you have to provide evidences and proofs to show that the casino really did what accused it for if not you will bear the consequences. So I will want you to go back prepare you evidences and create a thread in the accusation board. Befy then do what I said.

they said your account is at risk(not sure what though), so there is a reason. anyway, where did the message appear? on your account, on your email? they have live support on their website, have you asked them there? they also have an ANN thread here, you can try and post your issue there or you can directly PM their representative(BC.GAME here in the forum but they haven't been online for more than a month.
