Day 6 passed.
I provided 4th may to 14th may bank statement as bcgame wanted through email.
But i still find no solution has been given yet.
Withdraw made 9th may. (Never received my withdraw as i already have bank statement)
I asked bcgame to refund as their back end team got the refund. As it was never transferred to me.

I don't know when they help me out. No progress yet.

Nah that's not how it's work. IMPS/NEFT usually instant. More it can takes mintues or hours. Maximum 1-2 days (if transaction is pending due to bank side issue) but in that case bc.game should not Mark my transaction as Success/approve. It's been 5 days and u have not received anything. I contacted bank they said "contact the sender he got the refund" becouse they still never received any transaction of 9028 Inr "110 usd"
I made other fiat withdraw aswell "once it mark success it just arrives right away" within in sec. Case is not about banking side.

Case is about bc.game bank clearly said they never received money of that transaction. So probably bc.game team received the refund (and of course they do manual withdraws ) that's the main problem. So i need help from them so they can check the actual issue and refund the balance to my bc account. As probably they got refund if till now i never got anything.

5 days passed since I'm contacting the team. I hope as soon as they find the solution

Today I got response from live support. They wanted the bank statement. As withdraw success from there side but i never received money in my bank withdrawal date/sucess - 9th may 2023

I provided live support my whole week bank statement. From 7th to 13 may 2023.

Bc support raised a ticket for me.

Welp I hope they as soon as why the issue arrived. But I'm still waiting on my money.

Withdaw made - 9th may 11:30 AM

I have read from one thread that it will take up to 10 days before it is credited to your bank account but have you asked your bank about how long it will take before the money arrives in your bank account, if they say that the withdrawal process was a success so it is on the process, I never experience bank deposit on casinos but because of issues of time frame, people should prefer using a Cryptocurrency its fast, secured and visible, you don't have to ask centralized entity for verification.

Yes, i did reviewed 1 star and gave my problem. They answerd me there even after sucess fiat withdraw. Withdaw can take 72 hours for creaditing to your account

I casually looked at trustpilot's reviews [1], it seems that support will care more there especially one star reviews. Just look, they seem to be actively answering some user complaints even the last 3 days ago. Don't know if one of them is your review, if not then you should try to write something there.

You are right based on BCGame response they addressed 95% of negative reviews but take notice about BCGame there are many fake reviews possibly these are positive reviews because they are active on TrustPilot they want to generate good reviews here but the complaints are accumulating, and these are real reviews, good that Trustpilot is quick to take out fake reviews.

I also encourage OP to create a review here and link his review to his post.

As per gov rules if IFSC is wrong during Transaction. The transaction goes to back to sender. Transaction can't be successed. They somehow sucess my withdraw.
But almost a day gone i fot response from bcgame live support neither i have receive my money to bank neither refunded.

What i did while withdraw
I mentioned pnb (Punjab National bank)
Name -
Account no.
Bank name - Punjab National bank
IFSC - wrong

Every detail was correct but only IFSC were wrong that mistake also happened coz they auto saved informations (yea my mistake too) but with rest correct information Transaction can't be successed. I talked with bank they all saying talk to sender he got the money back.

Now if you identify the error yourself, how do you draw the conclusion that this is bcgame's fault? If I understand the reference correctly, IFSC should be the user's self-written data in the payment info page. Most casinos can't help mistakes that are basically made by users.

They should atleast check and answer me atleast talk with back end team to refund the balance.

But nada I don't know where should I can contact.
I sent msg to telegram group they saying support only through email or live support.
20 hours passed nk response from live support
No response from email.

This is not even weekend. If there staff at off. Dunno really I'm actually worrying about it now

And i never recieved yet my money in bank. Neither support replied me since 24 hours no answer.

There telegram group is scam/full of scammers/spammers

I also saw in group may people got the same problem from 4-5 days there withdraw got success but they also never received the money.

So is it they started doing scam? Bc.game is scam?

Bc.game live support never answered contacted them through live support through email through telegram group.
Looks like they aren't capable of giving service. And if somebody gets problem they just ignore and enjoy the money

As they never sent me my withdraw neither responding me if they or their back end got the refund. I unable to contact them from anywhere ..

PS- If any of you using bcgame please don't use. Who knows what happen next if you were in my place think about it.

That's probably the most important part to highlight on this thread, which also why I suggested OP to wait for the system to reverse it. I believe it has not been more than 24 hours since OP reached to bc.games customer support --if OP ever did-- as the transaction itself happened in less than 24 hours ago, as evidenced by the screenshot of the receipt by OP.

Have you attempted to contact the casino through official channels, and if so, how long has it been since you last contacted their customer support? Keep in mind that customer support may not always be able to provide an immediate response to every issue, particularly if it requires time to investigate and identify the root cause of the problem.

Before making any accusations of scamming, it would be prudent to wait until you receive a response from the casino's customer support.

Have you consider the likelyhood of the system need some time to reverse the transaction? I am not familiar with Indian banking system, and since several articles I searched gave me mixed answer, I resort to our latest brand new and still shiny source of information, ChatGPT. To summarize my conversation with... it, the likelyhood of transaction got successfull and credited to a wrong account is about 1%, but it does need several days to reverse the said transaction, suppose it is not credited to a wrong account.

Why are they not responding to your problem? BC.GAME's representative on this forum has been offline for about a month, so you won't get a proper reply here until he comes online. You should continue to contact them with their support team and find a solution.
Because the forum representative is offline, his explanation of this complaint will not be available in this community.

I have made the withdraw Earlier in morning. After 4 hours withdraw got succes but till now i have got any money to bank account.
Looks like the IFSC code was wrong so it can't credit to my account and any other account.

Please check with back end team they probably received the refund of the transaction (amount 9028 INR)
I request you to please check with team and help me to get my refund to my account. It's been over 12 hours now.
