$560 is not a huge money in the side of BC.Game not to pay out. Since you mentioned that you won it through the bonuses, I suspect that a few things might be wrong. I’m not trying to side BC.Game but the email you used there looks obviously suspicious. That obvious dummy email.
Also, you can’t convince us that BC.Game is a scam just by showing a screenshot of a login error. You should provide your some screenshot like showing the balance you cant withdraw. And I think you should try emailing BC.Game using the same email for verification instead of posting this here 1st.
You need to move this to the scam board. If I may ask, you didn't tell us the full details. I am not in support of neither party but if you have to call someone out in the public, you should have at least be detailed enough in your explanation with evidence of how you got to the conclusion that the casino is a scam. As already highlighted in the picture, it says "verification required". Could this be the reason for your topic? What's the backstory?
Try to communicate with their support team before creating such thread. There are different ways you can communicate with them. Live chat in the website if they are available without login. And their social media platforms to know what is the caused. I am not justifying them or supporting their action but there are things you need to do to know before coming to the public for accusation. To accused someone in the public without concrete information is very dangerous and bad and it is defamation about one's personality which can be sued and fine but here. It can lead to Negative Tag. B.C Game can't just blocked, restrict you from their website/casino because you won from the bonus. The story from your end is is not clear for public consumption.
It says that "account verification is required" I think they are asking for your KYC? Do you switch location or use VPN? Sorry to say but people will do this just to win welcome bonuses even on crypto exchange platforms.
I think you should write the team and ask them how to go with the account verification.
