If you want to raise a scam accusation, then you're already on the right sub-board.

You can upload image of your proofs (screenshot, etc.) from imgur, imgbb, prnt, and the likes. The forum requires a newbie to buy a copper member to be able to show image, or you'll at least need to be a jr. member. But that's not really necessary, most likely than not, a highet rank member will quote your post to show the images

That makes sense. I believe betradar is the provider for bet365, and many many other sites....apparently including BC.Game

I found a source on Sportradar that deals with sports statistics, data, match analysis, and that sort of thing. Their shots on target count is also 10:6 and not 9:6 like what FIFA is showing. So, it depends on what BC.Game uses as a source for their data. And Sportradar, together with Betradar works closely with bookmakers on these type of things.

The official FIFA match center for this match does indeed still show the shot on target count as 9:6. My question to both Ptolemy and BC.GAME's forum representative is what data source does the casino use to determine the final statistics? OP mentioned in the post I quoted that they use FIFA. Is this written in their TOS or any other official documents? Can you post a link to confirm that?

@BC.GAME if you aren't using FIFA but some other source, can you tell us which one and provide a link to the Brasil - S. Korea match that shows the final shot count?

I can't see any sources saying 16 shots, 90% of places saying 15, and a couple even saying 14.

Pretty cut and dry for me that it should be regraded, surprising as I only had positive experiences with bc.game.

as UserU said, scams are not moderated here, so their thread won't be removed. also, the "owners" of the forum do not get anything from them(unless they rented an ad slot), advertising here is free and you don't have to pay anyone in order to post your announcement thread here. anyway, As I said, before, be more patient, some complainants had to wait months before their winnings were paid(I am not exclusively talking about BC.game).

My bets won, everyone knows that and they stole my money. There is no update from them. They don't reply on live support or Discord

A representative replied to you in this thread and told you to wait for the investigation to be completed. Since your issue has already been brought to their attention and forum member's attention, a proper resolution of this issue should come from BC.GAME. There is some confusion about the data here. Because Google Live Score is also showing 15 shots. Hopefully BC.GAME will give you a detailed informative reply, and this issue will be resolved soon.

If you really believe that youare scammed by them then at least create a scam accusation thread for that even if the problems itself is not yet complete or not yet solved. There's nothing wrong with creating a scam accusation thread as long as you have strong evidence/proof for that and at least let their team say their part or give more time to prove that they didn't scam you but if they didn't prove it and indeed scammed you then no one stops you from creating scam accusation thread for the site.

I will be judgemental here regardless of how many people who had replied refuted this though I have not used bc.game before. If you did not truly win the bet, why the refund to your account? This is part of the nonsense that betting companies are playing, and I am with the OP on this. You should however go by the advice of @joeperry which was clearly stated in the second reply as I don't want to repeat what he has explained. But be ready for further proof on this if required of you.

You have your answer now so you better lock this thread for now and only open it when they fail to address your ticket, this accusation is premature you should have waited for your ticket to get a response 4 to 5 days is enough all casinos are on extraordinary days because of the massive influx of bets, withdrawals, deposits, and tickets, you are not alone on this, there are casinos with similar complaints and this casino gave the same reason on the delay.

@OP, maybe indeed you have a case here, but I believe you now know why your ticket was not answered on time, 2 days is indeed a long time to wait and if I was you, I admit that I would have done exactly what you just did, but this post would have been on scam and accusation board rather than gambling board, so I suggest you move it there before the mods does.

I believe your ticket will be correctly settled since the evidence clearly shows you won the bet, but then, since BC.games have asked that you give them time to get to your ticket, please do give them time.

What kind verification do you need to do on fixing bet result like this. First of all how the bet marked as refunded and loss? Second why it takes so long to verify this kind of result while the official score available publicly on the internet which you can use as reference to check his bet slip.

I’m just curious OP that you have identical bets on all of your slip. I’m just assuming that those refund is due to the multiple same bet type which sometimes not allowed when you read the casino ToS. I believe this issue happened too on fortunejack which they refund the other one and honor only the first bet. This might be the reason for the refund but the lose bet should be in profit based on the official result of FIFA.

It's been more than 2 days since the bets were incorrectly settled as LOST or REFUND when all of them clearly WON. It shouldn't take someone long to resettle World Cup bets like they should.
