BC.game is making me do a KYC for absolutely no reason and has not helped me at all with support. I tried my drivers license for the KYC and they don't take it. The only other thing I can do is go to the BMV and get a "REAL ID", which is a "government issued" but still a drivers license but different. No one will tell me if they will accept this and I have had no help. I need my $1300 and I can't withdrawal and I am not getting adequate support from the chat. It is very suspicious that when I get my biggest win all of a sudden I can't cash out or get proper assistance. Can someone please help me my bcgame user id is:2559162, and I need my money. I can go get the said "REAL ID" but I have no clue if they will accept it. Please please please help!!!!
Given you mentioned "BMV", I correctly assume you're in Ohio and accessing BC from their US site? Can you please upload an image of the KYC page where you were given option to submit your ID [see image below] and their response as you said above that they can't accept the license?
