OP, I heard back from BC staff earlier today. They got to the bottom of your situation and what you suspected is kinda true, that you got blocked due to multi-acc detection. Whether it's the old account that's now closed or it's a different account, I can't be sure as they didn't tell me that far.
Nonetheless, the staff assured me that once you complete the KYC they required [which was set to validate/invalidate the multi acc allegation] and passed them, your account will be restored.

Probably because the staff I am in communication with checked your UID and get to the bottom of the multi-acc themselves and learned that the multi-acc situation was already cleared in the past, when it first arise, given I gave them the screenshot of the conversation you had with your former host.
Probably something else.
