Would it be a better choice if both were retained? I don't think it's good to sell any of them now, because now I can't be sure who they are worth more, so I won't sell them until my loss comes back.

Yes, I think you have lost one of the coins, too. Get immediatly in touch with kraken. They said they would offer the splitting service but failed, its up to them to redeem your lost coins!

If you sent it to an exchange, and they mix the coins without separate for you, you lost one of the coins. There is no possibility to be sending and receiving back the two coins indefinitely. You should try to resolve this situation with Kraken, they offered this service and it worked for most people that have used.

• I asked Kraken two days ago if they could split the coins if I sent them to Kraken. Kraken said yes.  So I sent 0.1 BCH from my Nano to Kraken initially to test it.  This 0.1 BCH was successfully split by Kraken into 0.1 BCH and 0.1 BSV.
I don't understand how Kraken can give your BSV share if they just received your BCH two days ago Huh
wasn't the split supposed to happen on November 15?
which means Kraken has to hold your BCH balance on that day to be able to give you BSV

• So I sent my 2BCH to Coinomi and went through their splitting process.
 - However...  the splitting process has failed to yield any BSV.  Coinomi are looking into it but don't know whether it had already been split or not by the time they got it.
if I'm not mistaken you should use Coinomi to send from the address that holds your BCH
if you sent your BCH to Coinomi address after fork date, there's no BSV in that address (Coinomi wallet address)

just to be sure, you can try checking your addresses on BSV block explorer Smiley

Remember to move all your balance from your nano before attempting this.

Your private keys are going to be exposed. When moving back to nano, remember to create a fresh new wallet.

I don't have much knowledge splitting BSV from BCH but I tried to search on google and I found a post from Coinomi support that they release a tool for BCH(ABC)/BSV Fork.

You can split it manually with your own by following the guide from here https://coinomi.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/29000026274-bch-abc-bsv-fork-information-splitter-tool

Hi,
I wonder if anyone can please advise on this.  I'm at the end of my tether trying to split my BCH/BSV.  Please see below the details:

 - I had 2 BCH on a Nano when the split happened.
 - Nano don't support BSV or get involved in splitting BCH/BSV.
 - Nano suggested using Electron.  I gave this a try, but I couldn't get the BCH to show up in the Splitting Wallet, so I gave up and looked for alternative solutions.
• I then sent Kraken the other 1.9BCH from my Nano.  However, this failed to split.
 - In my Kraken, I therefore now had 2BCH and 0.1BSV
• I then contacted Coinomi yesterday and asked if I could send my 2BCH and have it split by Coinomi.  I also mentioned that 0.1BCH had already been split, so there was a mix of split/unsplit. Coinomi said Yes they could split my mixed BCH for me.  This conversation was on Twiter.
• So I sent my 2BCH to Coinomi and went through their splitting process.
 - However...  the splitting process has failed to yield any BSV.  Coinomi are looking into it but don't know whether it had already been split or not by the time they got it.

Does anyone have any idea as to how I can get my 1.9BSV which has disappeared?   Or is it lost?

Thank you very much in advance! Smiley
