I am waiting for a Bitcoin Cash transactions for two hours right now. How much is the fee you are sending with.

The safest option is to move out your Bitcoin before making Bitcoin Cash (BCH) transactions with that address.
According to this page ( https://bitcointechtalk.com/bitcoin-gold-what-you-need-to-know-8b3e645be409 ) Bitcoin Gold will be based on a block after October 25, so you either move your Bitcoin quick, either wait a few more days and get afterwards the Bitcoin cash and Bitcoin gold.
To get Bitcoin cash and move them to exchange I used this tutorial: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/how-to-get-bitcoin-cash-from-many-walletsoftwareservices-with-coinomi-2062488 ; --- I used the path of installing Coinomi on Android for this and it went quickly and nicely.

There is no risk if you will transact your Bitcoins before the hard fork but there is a risk of loosing your coins if you do it during the hard fork and also don't transact for a few days until they officially confirmed that the fork is successfully done.
