i wrote binance support

they answered me

this is a big mistake, you should not transfer bitcoin from one exchange to another exchange, because it becomes a big headache when you have this problem

I also do not understand why you sent support ticket to poloniex instead of sending support ticket for binance? and just to remind you, poloniex has worse support, they can stay a long time without answering support tickets. That's why many people stopped using poloniex

I transferred bcn from binance to poloniex 10 days ago. but without Bytecoin Payment ID. the fields is empty and my unique Payment ID is true. transfer didnt happen yet. what can do? i wrote poloniex support still no answer
