Hello everyone, wanted to get your opinions on whether this exchange is legit or scam?

The main company is: https://www.bctv.world

Which operates:
www.exshell.hk
www.exshell.tw
www.bqex.hk
www.bqex.tw

According to the contract offered by CEO, “The Exchanges have an aggregate user base of circa 750,000 investors and daily trading volume of circa USD100 million.

So with these claims questions come:
1)   With such volumes, the exchange(s) should be in top50-60 globally by volume, which means someone should have had some reviews/experience/questions, but there’s nothing about the exchanges.
2)   With such volumes the exchange should be on coinmarketcap and other aggregators, but you will not find it anywhere.
3)   On bqex exchanges fiat (OTC) sections totally don’t work; as per CEO’s comment – its due to Chinese regulation of fiat-crypto deals. But that doesn’t stop well-known coincola to operate fiat-crypto for several years already.
4)   Not able to register on exshell from PC (didn’t try phone) for several weeks (and still cannot).
5)   No reviews of any of these exchanges on Bitcointalk.
6)   Checking traffic via Alexa, and SimilarWeb – there are (!) zero (!) results… which shouldn’t be the case for exchanges with “aggregate user base of circa 750,000 investors”.
7)   The user agreement on https://www.exshell.hk states the date of 25/10/2018, however the domain is registered only on 14/12/2018 (2 months later)
Cool   With such volumes and userbase it's strange that there are only 2 android app reviews (one of which is 1 star out of 5), and 0 for iOS app.
9)   Social media for exshell:
a.   In WeChat there are around 200 views per article
b.   In Twitter there are 136 followers and 0-2 activities for each post
c.   In Facebook there are 40 followers with 0 likes for each post
d.   In Telegram there are 14k group members with little activity from members and mostly posts from admin, and a lot of posts from deleted accounts
10)   Social media for bqex:
a.   In WeChat there’s no official channel but rather a personal account
b.   In Twitter – the account doesn’t exist anymore
c.   In Facebook there are 150 followers with 0 likes for each post
d.   In Telegram there are 530 group members with posts from admin, spam from members and a lot of new members joining the group with subsequently deleted accounts

So with such results here comes a question, if the operating company and exchanges are scam or just very unprofessional in doing their business and 750k users just didn't check what they trade on?
