You guys have many problems:
1 - Poloniex (I believe you know this) has serious problems since months or years ago that they do not respond to support tickets, so do not have high expectations of poloniex solve your problem
2 - bittrex is currently worse than poloniex, there are hundreds of people who are complaining and sending a ticket to support and bittrex does not respond to support tickets.
That said, you have neither the side of poloniex nor the side of the bittrex to ask for help to solve your problem

Hi everyone, 3 days ago i was sending my BCY from bittrex to poloniex to sell them, i've done everything wright and when i look at txid these BCY should be already there since a while ... I've already sended support ticket 2 days ago ...
Anyone having trouble too to receive BCY on poloniex ? Maybe someone have an idea ? It's 1500$ of BCY that's big amount for me :/
