People would use anything that they could just to gain what they want even if they would step on other people.
They would use anything they used Telegram and now they are on Discord this is why we should be aware of what we would click.
And don't trust some random person who would start chatting you or asking you something.

Never click on the links from such kind of Discord messages,
when you register to the advertised websites you will receive a fake 0.2 BTC (can be a less or high), the system will tell you to make a deposit of 0.01 BTC or more to withdraw the giveaway balance.

It started in the telegram, then Youtube then twitter now on discord, they are everywhere, they go where there are Cryptocurrency communities and they will not stop until they scammed all newbies that are too greedy not to research or easily fall to this kind of trap, we'll see more of it on other communities where there are Cryptocurrency investors.

This discord lurking guys can be found on telegram as well.

This is an old scam, but still people get scammed, again and again. That's why newbies should be aware of this kind of scheme.
