a reset after 2 mins means its gone idle and restarted. or in other words its not getting any work

This is getting very frustrating I have tried everything and nothing I got it connect once to the configuration page but have not been able to do so sense I was able to ping it before now I can't but it will not connect to configuration page again and just keeps resetting after 2 minutes
