I am using exodus wallet for almost 6 months without any errors like that and never lost any amount of coin. You might have some type of malware in your computer or it was just a visual bug. If there is outgoing transaction from one of your exodus address visible in blockexplorer than your wallet is compromised, always use strong password to store encrypted exodus wallet file in your computer.

It's likely that your computer was compromised and that's how you lost the coins. I doubt that the wallet is to blame unless you wasn't updated to the latest update.

I'm using ver. 1.35.2 and so far my coins are all still intact. I haven't updated though with the current version. As other's have suggested, it has something to do with the network. A manual refresh might do the trick.

I'm assuming you already made back up of the seeds. I can't really think of what might have cause your altcoins to drop its amount. Also try to upgrade your Exodus as well, and see how it goes.

What version of wallet you are using, lately they released the newest version of the wallet, it is always advisable to upgrade to latest version of the wallet. Probably they have included many hot fixes in this release and maybe exodus server error is something that they may have fixed in this latest version of the wallet.

Hi Guys,

Recently, I had two of my coins amount drop.
My LTC was 2.023 which is now 1.83LTC
and MY BTC was 0.01 which is now 0.005BTC

Right away I contacted the support and they told me it's a network error. I keep restarting my pc and log in to exodus.
Every time I do that, it gives me an error.

Honestly, It feels that I lost my $60~ for no reason.
It's been now 24 hours and still, there is no resolution and I don't have any idea where did my money go.

Did anyone else had a similar experience!?
if so, how did you cope with it?

Conclusion: At the moment, I transferred all my coins to Binance, and let's hope my lost coins will appear again in Exodus.
Very Sad that I lost money for no reason what so ever.

This can't just happen by itself.

I'm storing dash and ethereum with exodus and i have never experienced anything like your problem. Quite odd that your balance would just disappear like that, and not to 0 either but just a small decrease in your balance. If it was a hacker why wouldn't he take all of your blaance?

Search up your ltc address on a block explorer, if it has 2+ LTC in it still it's probably something wrong with exodus's servers. Try reinstalling your exodus wallet and importing your old mnemonic phrase.

Its a common problem in exodus. If there's a network error, You should try manually refreshing your wallet.
You can find the full tutorial here: http://support.exodus.io/article/76-my-wallet-balance-is-not-correct

But I assume that you already transferred your coins before doing the above suggestion right?
Most probably the exact amount of coins you entered are the only ones which will be transferred on binance
but the rest should show up once you do a manual refresh.
