Since 2016 you should have come across cases like this about the HitBTC exchange, they are known for their unfriendly KYC verification and locking of users' accounts mostly those accounts that have large funds in them, any ways hope you get helped eventually, but I doubt that in the essence while you pursue your money I also advise you to move on because that exchange is known to be selectively scamming their user's so they won't be any headways chasing them, in my opinion, avoidance is always the best form of defense toh should have avoided HitBTC.

Now they require TX transactions that I transferred to their exchange. If you use this exchange, one day they may say, your account is frozen provide the TX transfer to our exchange that you made in 2020. I made hundreds of transfers to different exchanges from different exchanges, my account on bitcointalk.org exists since 2016. How can I remember where I made the transfer from, from which exchange or wallet. They demand the impossible.
I wouldn't say it's impossible [it'd take a lot of time], but based on the content of your thread, I don't think they'll restore your access even if you provided the transactions on that period [I hope I'm wrong]!

I don't want to give you any false hopes, but the following method might come in handy:
  • Refer to the "known addresses of hitbtc" > Look for addresses that were used in that period (Block #610,690 to #663,911) > Cross-check their TX history with all of your addresses.

HitBTC is not a reputed exchange when it comes to Bitcointalk. They have history of accusations by many users on this forum. One of them is that they will lock someone account and they the person to get verified. It was common that time. No one is mentioning the exchange when it comes to advising someone to use a centralized exchange.

They under various pretexts do not give access to the account, which I have not logged in for a long time. I have access to my mail, and I also have 2FA google. It's not enough for them, surprisingly, 2FA isn't enough. I've also sent them the documents. Now they require TX transactions that I transferred to their exchange.
