Before calling a casino site a scam, make sure you haven't disobeyed their rules.  Since your account has been inactive for 5 years, it may have violated one of their rules, which led to your account being expires.  So first check if this is mentioned in their rules and regulations. If you feel that they are treating you unfairly and your account has been expired for no reason, you can open a scam complaint against them on the Scam Accusations board. this is not a right section to report someone against

Only for you, here is a screenshot of my bitsler account. https://prnt.sc/Q60BbG64367v  https://prnt.sc/VK0cd7ghcANc https://prnt.sc/HFl4iC64AgPz
Please check the opening date. If you worked in a casino you would know that casino never banned any partners/ affiliated users account like that. But they did. Anyways I have nothing to say about it. They have done it according to their Tos, so let it be. I have learned it.

But please don't try to prove me a liar. I have never lied to anyone.

This is a vengeance because they did not allow you to withdraw your affiliate earnings, we all know that Casinos can change their terms of service anytime in regards to their affiliate, I don't have much information about Sharkcoin because they do not have an announcement thread here but the point of the argument is they are not scamming you they are just implementing what's on their terms if only you are an active user like you log in for at least twice a year then things will be different, you can lock this thread you have reached your goal letting people know what they did to you.
Although the majority disagree.

I also see it that way OP did not play for 5 years his account is already inactive now he just get active and try to claim the referral commissions other casinos would have done the same, OP you are not scammed it's on their terms, that casino does not have an announcement here but this will not qualify in the scam accusation, you just have to move on.

And I'd like to ask why did you not play here since you have referrals that are actively playing.

Exactly. It is also interesting that the OP mentions Stake and Bitsler casinos and claims to have never faced such a problem with them. However, if we look at the terms of use of the Bitsler affiliate program, we can see similar rules regarding inactive accounts. So it looks like the OP is lying and trying to twist the facts to suit his argument.

If it has been more then 6 months , since your last connection to your account , you will have 2 possible consequences:
If there is more than the minimum withdrawal on your account balance, then we will contact you by email (if there is a registered email address for this account), otherwise we will wait 12 months before trying to contact you once again. If after 12 month-period, you have not yet logged in, the account will be deleted and the balance forfeited.
If there is less than the minimum withdrawal on your account balance, we will contact you by email (if there is a registered email address for this account), if you do not reply and do not log into your account within the next 30 days, your account will be deleted and the balance forfeited.

The OP is actually the one being rude here. Telling the owner feel about being scammed after a clear explanation on how the casino rules works towards situation. In most of cases, He will just be banned to use the chat if this happened on casino live support.

Reading the reply of the owner means there’s already a lot of explanation before this snip conversation about OP case. Stating the facts the hard way is not rude if the customer doesn’t want to comprehend what you are saying or read the ToS as reference for the support explanation.

The OP is being angry for nothing here.
I know the OP is rude, and yeah, the support might be stating facts but being in a customer support service, they should be more in control of their emotion and show professionalism towards their gamblers, they have an image to protect and what the support told OP could be viewed as being rude towards customers and it can be bad for them.

OP's complaint is not valid for a scam complaint but people should be careful playing in this casino as they have a lot of negative feedback on Trust Pilot even if TrustPilot reviews is not the parameter to judge if the site is good or scam.
When there is a complaint against a casino now it is better to be careful about that casino. But the complaint made by the OP is against this casino but the casino is correct here according to the rules of that casino. So we cannot say anything bad to this casino based on these complaints where they are correct according to ToS. I also didn't know about this casino until the OP opened the thread here. Hopefully this thread will make gamblers wary and think twice before joining this casino and do maximum research.

Never ever play or invite people to a site which has no reputation or popularity. Without checking whether the site is legit or not how you invited people to play there? Who will be responsible for the losses to those people? Nevertheless, now you should have been aware and try to avoid these types of sites. I still wonder how these people are getting to know about such shady casinos. These casinos trap victims by giving unbelievable offers and at last block withdrawals. Always play at trusted casinos.

I agree with you if this is the case but the case presented by @OP is different.  @OP has been inactive for 5 years and there is term and condition stated on the earlier reply by @ScamviruS statedthat the account inactive for a certain amount of time will be deactivated or suspended and the other policy about fund withdrawal.  I think @OP is the one who is at fault by neglecting his account and being inactive for 5 years and the casino is just implementing what is stated on their Terms of Service which @OP had agreed.

Unless @OP can present a line from the gambling platform TOS that favors his claims, then I do not see any fault from the casino here.

I don't think OP can present one, any casino will do the same thing, and some casinos will delete your account, 5 years is such a long time this is the first time I read about this casino and checking on Whois https://www.whois.com/whois/sharkoin.com
Domain:sharkoin.com
Registrar:GoDaddy.com, LLC
Registered On:2016-10-03

They are already in existence for seven years now, they have a bad rating on Trust pilot and OP is one of those who posted a negative review on Sharkcoin https://www.trustpilot.com/review/sharkoin.com

But here in Bitcointalk, they do not have a presence or a complaint here.

OP's complaint is not valid for a scam complaint but people should be careful playing in this casino as they have a lot of negative feedback on Trust Pilot even if TrustPilot reviews is not the parameter to judge if the site is good or scam.

Its still preferable to play on reputable casinos that have an active thread here

I think the terms and conditions of the casino are clear so what the Op said is invalid and he is in the wrong party, and players shouldn't always say the casino is committing fraud even though the mistake is on the player's part, and I don't think the casino will just ruined his business for $10 money, which due to the change in value became that much value, because maybe the first time the funds from the referrals appeared were worth very little.
There are some gamblers who are so lazy they don't even try to read the ToS. They should have read the ToS when they registered in the casino, but they joined the casino without reading anything and later faced the same problem as this user. Since this user's amount was small, he will not face so much problem even if he doesn't get this withdrawal, but imagine if his amount was big, then this user had no option to withdraw that fund.

He tries to suppress the fact by attributing his mistake to the owner's rude behavior. It is easy to understand that no casino will make any excuse for only $10 not to allow that user to withdraw! No one wants to ruin their business name for such a small amount of money.

Hey mate, I’m not trying to defend the casino since I don’t have any info about them but according to your conversation with the support/owner, Your casino account is inactive for almost 5 years which means your account already expires. All casino nowadays have this kind of rule in their ToS that ranging from 6 months to 1 year inactivity before your account got restricted.

I think you have the right to claim those referrals that you earn when you are still active but the support has a valid point regarding your existing referrals since your account is already closed. You should read always the ToS so that you will be aware on the casino rules. I agree on the support because I knew exactly that kind of rules exist on any casino.

It doesn't matter that they have blocked my account with such a tiny amount. The problem is how an owner/support can do such behaviour.

So I just wanted to let everyone know that you could face such kind of words from this casino. That's it.
while I do not condone what the support/owner's behaviour, I kind of understand why he became rude towards you, I mean, you were inactive on their website for five years and then after logging in and trying to withdraw $10, but couldn't, you basically accused them of being a scammer because they were following the rules they have set on their gambling site which probably you have never read.

OP, I'm not here to defend the casino, and I have no affiliation with them either. However, based on your conversation with the owner, it appears that your casino account has been inactive for 5 years, which means your account has already expired. This is clearly stated in their ToS, and it's a common rule among casinos today to restrict accounts after a period of inactivity. Some casinos, as well as cryptocurrency exchanges, may apply a negative fee or penalty to account balances for extended periods of inactivity. Casinos are not banks or wallets, and they cannot hold your funds indefinitely. Your expectations seem to have been inconsistent with their terms, which is actually your problem, not theirs.

It's important to always read and familiarize yourself with the casino's Terms of Service to understand their rules. In this case, I agree with the support agent, and I don't believe they were rude in their communication. At least not before you called them a scam and started threatening accusations on public forums.

I haven't left my referral bonus in any casino or site for that period of time, but, from the comments I have read so far and also from the images you provided I don't think they did anything wrong here.

If this was to happen after a shorter duration of inactivenes that would have warranted a scam accusation thread but since it happened a long time ago and there's also a possibility of you going against their rule of time rate to claim bonus then you just have to close your account and move on to a different casino and continue your activities there.

Well, I would never go there if they wouldn't send me continuous messages. I went there and found my account is active. But they just blocked it after contacting that owner/support.

Ooh so they were the one that reminded you of your account there in their site? But sorry to ask during the time they contacted you did they make mention of anything concerning your referral bonuses? Like you should come and claim it or anything related or they just notified you of your account so that you can continue your betting activities with them.

Actually this is what must be warned to new users in gambling, sometimes we see this kind of thing a lot out there, they don't read the terms of the casino, I also have some funds on the site but because I haven't accessed my account for a long time then when I want took it back and activated it, the account was frozen because I haven't accessed it for more than 5 years.

I understand their rules and respect them, so why complain about the small money that is in the casino when it's our fault too, the advice to the OP should be before creating this thread see again if there is something wrong with them or you yourself made a mistake, remember that always There are casino terms that we should respect and always read them before complaining about your problem.

I have not heard about the casino before and more interested in gambling over few casinos that are have name on the forum with active team also but as you have said it doesn't give proper indication they are scam like others already pointed out but why after such a long activity you decided to bring referral to that casino without placing any bet yourself? I think you should also have some wagers in order to withdraw the amount but don't know the rules exactly for that casino.

I don't know how safe or how risky this casino is but what the support explained to you is really correct. Before joining any casino it is important to know the rules of that casino. Since your fund size was $10 this loss won't hurt you much, but you have done a good job by opening this thread which will encourage other gamblers who do affiliate marketing to read the rules carefully. Because when you break the rules the casino will have more excuses not to pay you out because they are legally correct. But yes, the owner treated you rudely, this makes me think twice before joining this casino.

So I just wanted to let everyone know that you could face such kind of words from this casino. That's it.
I admit that the last part of the chat support agent is very rude and should not be conveyed to their customer, even though the customer is so annoying because the way the support agent handles the customer reflects how they run their business.

Did you read the ToS of the casino before during registration. Since it has been up to five years that you used the casino,I believe that is why you can't have access to your funds. I guess that you are to be blamed here and not the casino because you didn't play your own role well and you are busy accusing the casino as a scam. I see it that you are worried about the $10 affiliated to you,you can still let go of it if you can stay away from the casino for five years. You can use this to upload pictures in the forum. I'd admit it, calling OP a poor idiot was a bit extreme, especially for a business representative even though they were annoyed by OP's responses. I have used the gambling platform in question some time in the past and my experience with it was okay. I didn't have any problem with it. Most times, we can avoid putting ourselves in unfortunate situations we could have just read the terms and conditions. Sorry OP. I recommend you just take your L on this one and do better next time to read all terms and conditions to ensure you don't leave money on the table in the future.

Upholding their T&Cs doesn't make them scammy in any way except they go against their own terms.

I understand where you're coming from, I for one don't like when I feel like I'm getting ripped off especially off of my hard work, but in this scenario I think the site is just correct although I wouldn't really go so far as to deal with casinos that aren't well-received in this forum. Going back to my reasoning, there's rules and regulations imposed by every casino on every user to protect the casino's best interests and the user's safety/fairness all in all. You've never played with them for over 5 years, with your $10 deposit probably valued more than that just because it's before 2020's bull run. Plus it was imposed upon their terms and conditions which you probably didn't go so far as to give a look-see at. In this scenario the casino is correct, only thing I wish he could've done is be more polite about it instead of calling you a poor idiot lol.

I think based on the explanation from screenshot number 2.

The support tell-us some explanation "from free-fund and coupon", that means the casino has the ability to gambling or get fund for free from them. However, their referral program counted the wagering made by the free funds. That's why they refused to paid, because the referral program at least paid from the raw balance (that's mean, deposit money). No wonder they don't want to pay @OP, but they also make a stupid system while the free-fund money that came from them is getting counted for the reward referral.

Obviously little things of this nature speaks of volume. If they can not handle a $10 situation with a member is it a big win they would release.  I think they are up to something and come to talk of it, this casino is an unpopular one which I have not heard about before. They are not here which may cast more doubt on their reliability.

OP as I see you are  active member here.  It is nice you raised such an alarm early enough for members to know. As you can see, there are lots of reputable casino here which you can engage but do your due diligence.

Lastly this topic should be at the reputation board  here

That's odd because if his account expired he wouldn't be able to log in. But with just $10, I think that is also a warning sign. Not saying this is already a scam casino but a warning sign to all not-popular casinos I guess is what users should be cautious of.

But I wonder why OP chose this casino over hundred casinos in crypto that are well-known to the community.  Iff he is up to making more than $10, he gotta be signing up to the casinos that have been in the crypto casino business for a very long time.

It is not very honest. Probably, it would be better if you first checked whether a casino pays or not, and only then started attracting referrals to the casino.

The issue here is he is not active for almost 5 years and he is trying to withdraw now after all those years of inactivity. I'm not familiar on the casino terms and condition but some casino do charge an account for holding balance for a long time without any gambling activities until the account close when the balance is already empty to pay the fees.

It's too late for him to check if the casino pay or not because it's been 5 years since he start playing and referring in the casino. I think the important lesson here is always check your casino balance and empty it before leaving it inactive for a long time.

Hi guys, Please be careful with sharkoin.com. I strongly believe it's a scam casino looking for some big deposits. Recently I tried to withdraw some of my affiliate commissions after a long time as they continuously sending emails about my affiliates. I found around $10 in affiliate commission and tried to withdraw it. But it was pending for more than 24 hours. So I have to contact their support or owner in telegram. But I am really surprised by the behaviour of this guy.

I have never met such a support or owner. So just be cautious before making a deposit.  I wouldn't even open this thread as the amount is very low. But I have to let the community know about the risk of such behaviour. I am adding my conversation screenshots here -
