Well for me and my small family we really do like to make it a special day to make memories. My family is very small and only 4 kids so those kids to get alot of gifts.
But it is not gifts which cost alot of money. We are all teaching them to appreciate what they do get in their life. It is about being with the family more then getting expensive presents for the holidays.

This period comes once a year, and people save up in these long 11 months to spend for these 5 days or more.
How they spend here is not really relevant if you ask me; once in a while we are meant to spend money and enjoy ourselves…
This advice is coming a bit too late, as I have already spent about $300 flat rate with my local currency with my family, and I don't regret it at all.

We are in a festive season and everyone is looking for a way to buy one or two things so that they can use it to pass this festive period but I want to advise that Christmas is not the ultimate as it's only a one day event so people should not wast their resources in spending an extravagant lifestyle this period because next year is ahead with different challenges and situation so I will say that people should save rather than spend in this season?
