It's very easy to participate in bounty. Whatever you have fb, twitter, telegram you can start participating. If you are spamming then yes it may be difficult.
I am yet to participate in any bounty but hoping to find a good one Soon and try it out.

Could you please describe, what it is "to work hard" when it comes to bounty?
It isn't hard at all. You hust need to follow the instructions so that you can be part of the bounty
Hello, i would like to know if its difficult to be part of a bounty program ? in fact i saw managers take care of this bounties and refused many people who want to participate ... yet the quality of their messages is correct , what do you think about that ?
For serious bounty, they generally have clear and precise instructions, and their main purpose is to promote their product. If you are doing as per their instructions , I don't think anyone will deny. If someone is denying you can actually discuss it with them or here in forum for resolution.
It really depends on the requirements of the bounty. Some can be a little bit of a pain in the arse but for the most part they are easy. The hard part is making sure you get follow through for you work.

read all the rules and requirements carefully - and it's not gonna be very difficult
actually to be part of the gift is not difficult, if you do not want to be rejected at least you must meet the requirement and obey the rules that have been set.
