I do.

And I've always wanted to say this to somebody:

If a good beard trimmer is what you're looking for, get the cheapest!

Mine cost 10 bucks and it's the best.

I got a cheapy $18 one which seems to work pretty well. Adjustment is made with a slidey-clicky scale. Nice thing is that it seems to be calibrated that you set it to the number and it seems to approximately correspond to the number of days worth of growth you want. Though you do have to watch out that someone doesn't slide it to 1 while you're not looking. Unfortunately, a dry-flaky skin issue made me ditch the beard but it may return next long weekend.

I think it's this one

Tested her out tonight. Am loving it. basically finished in like 5 minutes.

You need a better beard trimmer.

This is the shit: http://www.amazon.com/Conair-GMT900-iStubble-Facial-Trimmer/dp/B004PXIR1W/ref=sr_1_9?s=hpc&ie=UTF8&qid=1360997690&sr=1-9

Most of them are garbage. This one is the exception. It has accurate, consistent cut length (0.4mm to 5mm) and motorized adjustment. NO BULLSHIT ATTACHMENTS.

so annoyed. Piece of crap cost $60.
Like you apparently need to charge it for 6-8 hours.. and you can't even use it when you have it plugged into power.. as in it still runs off the batteries.. what type of crap is that.

*edit*
oo finally figured out how to change the 6 position thing.. Thanks Holliday Smiley It slides out on itsself.

Except that 0.4 to 5mm isn't a beard! LOL.  Cheesy

5mm is one HECK of long stubble length.

... I want that kind of 2-3 day look.. not 4th day look Tongue

Yeah the istubble will do that.

that does look pretty fancy.

Maybe I am expecting to much from it.. I don't have much of a beard atm... I want that kind of 2-3 day look.. not 4th day look Tongue
If I end having to use my normal razor to shave it all off gonna be real annoyed.

this is the 6 position attachment
http://wahl.premiumstore.com/details/2227/wahl-3151.html

I know its kind of hard to explain.. but how exactly do you adjust it.. ? It goes on in the 1 position and did trim abit.. but would be cool if I could figure out how to adjust it.. Are the positions slightly diff angles or something when you put it on ? I guess these complex devices aren't for everyone.

thanks

goddamit getting so angry.
You bloody plug the little bastard in to charge.. no led or anything.. Would imagine if you plug it in and turn it on.. it should go faster (like my elec razor) but again here we are.

then there is the piece of crap 6 position attachments.."change to the 6 position" yeah.. well fucking how do you do that...

I've been using my Norelco vacuum trimmer since 1995, or maybe 1996.

Sure the NiCad battery no longer holds a charge.  Whatever, I just use it plugged into the wall.

And yes, it does take a second to initialize.

But I refuse to replace it until there's an upgrade with silver oxide power cells.

Build liek a tank, she is.  And served me well, she has.   Cool

That's a testament to the power of meticulous maintenance, and the quality of Philips' electronic gadgets!
