Almost all bitcoin debit card provider have reduced their limits for unverified users along with advcash, it is due to updated KYC/AML policy. It is common for these anonymous bitcoin debit cards to have limit because spammers can use these cards in various illegal transactions or to spam others. I am ok with getting verified by them to have higher limits.

Yeah, i have an account at advcash. Whenever i tried to verify my account using my real documents, it everytime remained in failure which i could never understand. Even paypal and coinbase has accepted similar documents for my verification.

But their card has 1000USD/EURO card load limit. If your money inside card is over 1000USD/EURO. Your card and money is block and you need to verify.
If not verify you lost money. (Nothing Refund like neteller for unverified user. ) In this case unverified users may lost 100%. If you verify and they are not comfirm, you may be lost too.
