It shouldn't be any problem, you can also buy Home & Student even if you aren't one. They are not made with .edu e-email accounts, so you don't have to worry about that.

As you might have seen, there are popping up Office 365 lifetime account shops everywhere. It's really popular on various webshops, especially eBay!
You might be wondering, how the heck do I get those accounts for cheap? (No they are not made by .edu's), well:
I'm going to sell accounts to resellers, you can easily sell these accounts for up to $15 on eBay (sell them for $6/7 for optimal results)
1-10 accounts $1 per account
10-1000 accounts $ 0.75
100-1000 accounts $0.50 per account
1000+ accounts negotiable

Student A1 is just a license special for students (just like Office 2013 Home & Student). But, it's the pro plus version, which means it has all the same features of an Office 365 Professional license.
