You have nearly 0% chance your problem will solved if you posting your problem on here. Create a new thread on scam accusation about them and see they will response it asap.
Making this step would really get the attention either those who work on poloniex. Setting up scam accusations would really be an effective move if they dont really serious on replying you regarding on your problem or concern. 86 days is insane,thats almost 3 months without having an answer from them.This is the thing why i do hesitate now on using their site.

That's almost 3 months! You better send them multiple tickets and maybe they would respond to your queries. Or if they have a slack channel all the better because its easier to contact support that way too. And that is alarming if it reach up to 4-5 months, it's crazy dude!!

Contact them directly to their phone number. Or if you live in usa viait their office. You can not solve your problem posting here. This is why we need a complete decentralized exchanger like dex on waves platform. Exchanger alwas cheat us and there are always reason to hold our fund.. i hate thia..

For almost 3 months thats something crazy and I've some people here too complaining about problems that they are going through with Polo. Somethings going wrong there, try to create another ticket maybe your ticket from the pasts was buried by other new tickets regarding their concerns.
