It reminds me of an Arabic scholar, Imam Malik ibn Anas, he said: "Learn manners before knowledge". (Source Tartib al-Madarik wa-Taqrib al-Masalik li-Ma'rifat A'lam Madhab Malik)

Everyone born as a good person but the environment where they grow up decide how the person is going to turns out to be. I appreciate if you really have the dream of giving food and shelter to homeless people but the reality is it's the job of government to provide opportunities for every kind of people in their region to take care of their own.

In the society in which we live, we will see many educated people but it is easy to find an educated person in the crowd of people but it is very difficult to find a good person. Parents struggle to make a child a doctor or an engineer and when that son becomes a doctor or an engineer and gets married after becoming a doctor or an engineer, his parents don't have shelter in their big house.

If the parents of an engineer or a doctor have an old age home then those parents never made that child a good person they only educated their child. When I walk through the streets, I see many people on the streets who live a very bad life or who have no place to stay. If I ever get established, I will first build an old age home or childcare where I can provide shelter to the homeless and underprivileged. Those doctors or engineers or other high-ranking employees who throw their parents out of the house, I will take the responsibility of those parents for a while. The plans that I have made and the wishes that I have, I must work according to my plans and try to fulfill those wishes.

According to me, if others plan like this and plan like this and try to help others like themselves, I think the number of good people will increase more than the educated people.
