if I buy I obviously want to buy for the lowest BTC price
if I want to sell I would want to sell for highest BTC price
Each trading platform has different styles in terms of this bid-ask thing. If it happens you have doubt in one exchange, just bear in your mind what you said as quoted, then you're good to go.

Order books can be confusing sometimes but yes you got it 100% correct. And I would argue those are two of the simpler books in crypto there are a few websites out there that puzzle me until BTC is in my account lol.

I chose simple exchanges the easiest so far is binance. Especially on mobile.

Hello
On cryptopedia https://imgur.com/se0Tc9e if I buy I obvisouly want to buy for the lowest BTC price which is the column on the left and they ordered from lowest to highest and if I want to sell I would want to sell for highest BTC price which is in the right column.

On Bittrex https://imgur.com/AoDqiQX the colums are reversed. So if I want to buy I choose the lowest price in the right colum and for sell the left column.

This is correct, right ?

It's not 100% clear.
If written ask(BTC) it shouldmean someone is asking BTC and will thus sell you xyz.
For bid(BTC) someone is giving you BTC and receives xyz.
