You need to install Bitcoin Core, and let it sync. That involves downloading the entire blockchain (150 GB !!!). Once that is synchronized, Armory can access the data.
If downloading 150GB is no-go, then you can export the private keys from Armory in offline mode, and import them in another wallet, at least if you have used the default script types (not segwit).

I recently downloaded Armory, and (foolishly) had bitcoins sent to my wallet before confirming that I was able to go online. Again, would like to stress that I am a bitcoin newbie. Fortunately, the amount is relatively small, but I would like to be able to access it (naturally).
After perusing the forum (and internet) for help and solutions, I still find myself "Offline" and, thus, unable to view any balance changes.
As previously suggested, I have downloaded bitcoin core, but that has not remedied the issue.
Any assistance you can provide is greatly appreciated. Let me know if more information is needed to help absolve the issue
