I don't know if you have knowledge about mining but the site you provided above is not a pool where you can mine BTC if you are looking for a list of pools check the following link below.

Or you can use the ViaBTC pool.
Take note you can't mine BTC without ASIC units if you don't know exactly how to mine please read the sticky thread first from the following link

I'm trying to create a worker/miner on bitcoinofficial.org to use with CGMiner on a very small setup, for learning purposes. I can't find a "create miner" or "create worker" link on the bitcoinofficial.com website. Should I use another wallet provider ?
