Apart from gambling, trading is best idea because here we can easily analyse the market with experience. In beginning you may loose some money but once you are familiar with analyzing than you will make money easily with little amount of money. So start with little amount money and start finding the good one.

And in trading it's the same as with gambling: only play with money that you can afford to lose. As far as I know now isn't the best time to buy into the market as I think price will drop in the coming months due to the rise in price of the past weeks. Then again, I'm no pro trader.

i agree with you, as long as we can learn from our lose then i am sure we can increase our skills in trading and we can survive in trading, beside that the most important is we can make money from trading too. we need to practicing what we learn from the source and we need to do trading every day so we can mastered it soon. every people which is new in trading is doing this until they become pro trader, they doing with carefully when they make analyzing the coin and make sure you understand step by step before you want to do trading.

If you have a polo account I'd look into lending small amounts during spikes, since spikes trigger short-selling bots and cause a temporary surge in demand of certain coins. You can lock in a decent interest rate as seen by the recent dash spike. I was seeing 1-2% roi.

Alternative is learning technical trading indicators, following pumpers on twitter, or following one of the multitude of 'methods' you find on the line.

It is true that forex trading and bitcoin trading is different. While there are well established companies treading in the forex for long time so that some big one actually controls it.  bitcoin On the otherhand is still evolving, many countries are still in 'wait n watch' step.   Bitcoin trading is heavily done at chinese btc exchanges. Thus whatever happens there has influence over the global bitcoin prices. Recent China govt decision to investigate the bitcoin exchanges caused bit slump in the bitcoin market. Thus for understanding the bitcoin trends you may want to keep an eye on those important exchanges and political situation as well. If there come another exchange capable of significant impact then understanding of that helps a lot.
There are lot of speculations about the way trade happens in chinese exchanges. Understand that point as well.
Many who have recently joined bitcoin are preferring to hold the bitcoins rather than trade. As per them in coming years bitcoin price will skyrocket to some million dollars.

you try to look at the following link, this may be very helpful there who are still newbie ..

Forex is you guys are using dollars where you need to buy what is in demand and depends on the volume before you will sell it and made a profit for me forex is hard to follow than bitcoin exchange website. Technology now are becoming more useful and based on my analysis when you really want make profit wait for the price decrease buy and sell.

Yes I agree with you. I have also even tried forex trading before and have good experience about market. But forex trading and Bitcoin trading two very different platforms. Forex only work on volume but Bitcoin trading platform works on demand and supply.

I would like to give suggestion for Bitcoin trading as keep watch on chart with volume in amount as well supply. This analysis can help to understand current condition of market. Price prediction is another part but trader must have to understand buy wall and sell wall and orderbook.

Even user can do altcoin trading which is beneficial for traders who trade for short term.

While doing trading with cryptocurrencies trader must have to understand basic things such as chart of every time duration, total volume, buy wall, sell wall, order book etc. This can help you to determine current market conditions of particular cryptocurrency.

Trading cryptocurrencies is quite risky so please be aware before trading cryptocurrencies.
trading bitcoin and forex is a bit different, but both of them share the same basic, like the need of reading chart good analysis and knowledge, the one that makes it different is the factor that caused the price fluctuation, bitcoin more affected to the market, in forex there are so many factors that can caused the price to fluctuate even a rumour is enough to make the price to move

Bitcoin is not completely related to one specific country, you may see news regarding bitcoin from forex but forex is completely different because forex is related to specific country and it depends on their economic status, it can be run government authorized shares being run in the forex. But where as in bitcoin trading no economic and government authorized people has no involvement in bitcoin trading.

Do you think this is worth the time? I feel like the market is too unstable to predict and you may be wasting some time but idk

Of course it is but you need to be smart and being smart you will know an unstable market is the market you want to be trading in.

What mean smart? Everyone can trade, but not everyone will earn. Now Bitcoin price is growing, so it should be easy, but choosing good exchange is the most important thing.
To all unexperienced users I advise stay away from Paxful.
Good exchanges are Coinbase, LocalBitcoins, Bitstamp. Kraken, OKcoin and BTC-e.

Full list of biggest markets is: https://bitcoincharts.com/markets/

what i think about trading is that as a beginner it is not right for you to start trading when you don't have  formal knowledge of trading currency but i think as are just   Beginning  you need to start with the basic first before going on with trading because you need to know when to buy or when to sell in order for you not be on the loses.

Use your common sense, there are a people who may try cheat you at the beginning in this business.

Bitcoin's price sometimes can really be unpredictable. Even with a huge sum of investment sometimes it is hard to earn money here since it is very unpredictable. As an extra to bitcoin trading, I also do altcoin trading to maximize my profit. Since investing in ICO sometimes is very profitable, I invest into it when I see a good one that I think will grow.

That's good that you are stuying bitcoin price movements it's really hard for newbie to know about this one the different from exchange website to forex , in forex trading you could lose big money there even your starting and you need atleast 100$ capital to start but in exchange site where you can trade small altcoins you need to understand and follow the flow of the altcoins to make grow your money.

I see you started with forex, thats good. It will help you a lot later, im currently trading forex too.
First of all, you should accept all loses you have, the behaviour of market is quite different from the regualr.
it is more aggresive, usually it is harder to predict. but you should always stick to the same strategy as you had before- just dont get over-excited, and go slow with it.

Analyzing the bitcoin market is really not that hard, bitcoin price does not move like alt coins, because they are too volatile, sometimes you can even see ups and downs in minutes in alt coin markets but bitcoin is not like that, all you need to do is to keep a watch on it for a few days and keep watching some news and you will be good to start with it i guess.

OP, you are right that big market movers move the bitcoin markets because it is completely different than forex.
If you want to trade in bitcoins, you need to be cautious with the movements it takes every minute as anything can happen in these markets because it takes less capital, at least less than forex to be moved towards a side.

Someone suggested it, to use hypothetical investments. Follow the market for some time and see how it behaves in a month/week/day/ and you'll have some idea of how it goes. There was one website, like a game with investing, you have a market updated non stop and you set a price for btc to hit or drop to, it's more like a gambling game while you're following a market.

Following are the best ways u can do bitcoin trading
-zebpay
-localbitcoins
-with ur friend ,well i think its the most trust worthy area .
And i think bitcoin trading will be the new future .

-zebpay is from India an i doubt they accept anyone from other countries. and even if they do there are a lot of other exchanges which are a lot better.
- localbitcoins trading is harder than you may think, there is already a lot of competition and selling for fiat there has risks of its own like the charge backs and other types of fraud
- this third one is not even trading, you can sell to your friend if you have bitcoin and they want it but it is not trading.
The OP is talking about trading bitcoins as in buying/selling bitcoins in hopes that the price will go up/down, not trading as in buying and selling bitcoins constantly to make at markups to make profit.

Bitcoin trading is one of the profitable way to generate more money or bitcoin because we know that bitcoin or any crypto-currency is very volatile to its price and most of them are unpredictable since they don't take controls from government or any high officials. Just continue studying about bitcoin trading and who knows maybe bitcoin trading is the one that you are looking and will help you to earn some easy $$$ in the future. The bitcoin market can be analyzed in the same way as the traditional markets. Most of the times, especially in quiet periods, it behaves the same way (probably due to bots using the same algorithms).

You can try to apply your analysis for a while with a hypothetical investment and see how you do to know if it can work for you.

Correct, and I like to add that I discovered that most volatility in crypto currency happens when China Stock Exchange is open.

Yes, but Bitcoin market is still very little, so even one good news (or bad news) can change price in few hours by several percent. That's why trading Bitcoin still is high risk, even for experienced traders. For Newbies (in my opinion) it is just simply lottery Smiley

its true, but the changing price is not directly happen like what in forex. beside that, bitcoin is not depending with news in out side, maybe just a little and if we make analysis, make sure we know what is going on with the markets before we decide to buy bitcoin.

I think much more dangerous are informations from inside Smiley
Every attack on big exchange, bad news from chinese farms or modification of the law in one of the large countries end up with price destabilization.
All this situation we cannot predict, it can happen any time. Bitcoin trading is still based more on the growing popularity and the belief in success than on technical analisis.

Forex and Bitcoin trading is really different . Starting from the platform that is being used to do trade on each. I could say bitcoin trading is far away more simple ,it maybe volatile but not as volatile on prices on forex and also  in forex there are wide range of choices to trade starting from currencies, commodities etc.. Bitcoin trading is unpredictable too unlike on forex which you could do make some patterns and analysis.

All the crypo currency's price always volatile only, However bitcoin price simply raising from the past two months this shows its stability and potential. I think in this year end bitcoin price will be atleast 850$ and more.

to me bitcoin is more predictable compare to other financial assets. Basically in bitcoin most times support and resistance will always work for swing trader, is not the same for forex. Many data both political and economic flow in forex market 24 hour this change the market direct but in bitcoin those data are limited.

I have been studying bitcoin price movements for some time now, it seen market movement is different from that of forex. Like in forex fundamental analysis drive the price of currency, technical analysis proved little help. But in bitcoin market is mostly move by big companies adopting bitcoin and emotions.

well i think you can always use any kind of analysis that you have knowledge of and they will always help but they are never completely right no matter what market you are doing it on.

and for bitcoin in my opinion the reason why it changes like this is that bitcoin is still too small and has not yet reached the mass adoption, so the adoption is still happening which makes it always go up in long term.

Bitcoin markets have nothing to do with most news as you see in forex, because in forex, currencies are run by their countries' economical state, but bitcoin is not bound to any country which is why the movements here are completely unpredictable and surprising.

"Cryptocurrency markets are a lot more volatile and unpredictable"

That is why this market is just so interesting. Managing your trade when you are "in" is much more important now.

Thanks for your post. Yes you are quite right, Cryptocurrency markets are a lot more volatile and unpredictable. Unless you have a very good understanding of the current market, what is happening in the scene, know who is purchasing etc it can be very hard to make good profits with large capitals.
