Yeah, sorry I haven't gotten donations for this returned yet, it's been nearly a month.

If I can't get the pool up within a week, I will eat the VPS cost ($20 USD) and return all donations. Sorry about this if I don't get it going.

This can't come soon enough! I haven't found a block in hours and hours. Apparently if another post was correct, there's about 60 Gigahash already on the network! wowza!
same here. Difficulty has gone from around 200 to 2373 in the last 30 hours or so

I really just didn't want to hijack the other pool's thread, so here's this 
I should have this running within a week, but no guarantees!
It will likely just be another generic pool clone, but with a real dedicated host instead of the old PC in the garage

I'm thinking of using an Amazon server, mostly because you can upgrade on the fly, and they're pretty cheap. Donations to pay for the initial server fees would be appreciated!
