mentioning anything religious in a post is a real turn off fella...

It's your problem, not mine.

Anyway, I was about to lock this thread.

Thanks man. I am actually aware of that, just a bit drunk (and lazy) at the moment (while working at home but not much to do today). My initial request was 100% genuine though, not lying about my intention to spread merits to the bitcointalk world.  Thanks again for the replies dear community.  Smiley
I did not question about the authenticity bud. You are good and I understand the humor you wanted to create in the original post. I wanted to keep it that way :-)

Edit: Ah! you are the guy who I was having conversation in the Tennis thread.
Djokovic injured this morning, bet against him to win the tournament.

Still confident about my Medvedev prediction.

indeed can't create a self moderated topic in this section, not sure why.

Meta is a section that is meant for discussions about the forum: suggestions, modification's and additions.
But self moderation AFAIK is designed to enforce local rules which may be different from the standard of the forum. So those personal rules should not apply on a meta thread, and anyone should be allowed to freely contribute to forum discussions.

If replies are off topic or low quality here, mods would delete them. If you want to facilitate that, you can report the posts and the mods would take action.

I would like to multiply merits the same way.

Lol.  The irony is strong with this one.

Check out this list of services on Bitcointalk, at the bottom of the OP, there are merit giveaway threads listed.
I reckon you could always nominate posts on those threads (if they allow that).

Long live Bitcoin.

A suggestion to improve your posting experience:
Instead of posting two or more posts in a row, you can just update the first post. Example: You could update this post, to add the contents for the 2nd post.

PS: I heard good things about Jesus.

We all have.

By the way, for now 3 and half of Bible's prophecies have became true. Which means the end of the world does not come before the 7 prophecies (in total) become reality. So our world won't disappear anytime soon (don't believe the bullshit lately posted on websites that it could end in this century. Impossible).

That's for another thread though, sorry for off topic.

And long live Bitcoin!

Seems to me that you can't create a self-moderated topic in Meta other than using idle threats in the OP about the who can't and why not of posting in your thread.

How do you know I wanted to create a selt moderated topic? That's exactly what I tried to do and noticed the option was missing in the Meta section. Too bad.

Thanks for the replies by the way  Kiss

Umm, generosity may not be the best criteria for a merit source.
I mean, we need badly to see only worthy posts get merited.

My remarks are not related to the way you've spent merits until now, they're just about this thread.
However, do some research (on how others did) and make your merit application. It's your best shot.

Other than what Royse said, there's no other option. Merit is not something you can buy.

Felt strange to see you create a not self-moderated thread.

Apply to be a merit source but you may need to wait until you somewhat become an established member:

If you want to be a merit source:

 1. Be a somewhat established member.

Hi guys,
Hi girls (not many here though),

Humble man willing to spread love, generosity and passion on this forum  Kiss

Issue is: I threw away my merits to some strangers (sometimes strange strangers) here and there, so predictably ran out of ammo.

Is there a way to be able to give more merits, other than receiving merits myself?

Jesus could multiply breads (the "Feeding of the 4,000" you can Google it), I would like to multiply merits the same way.

Thanks in advance for your kind consideration.

PS: Jesus also multiplied fish but I am vegetarian.
Thanks for your understanding.
