Wrong perspective plays a huge role, some users are introduced to this forum on the promise of easy reward with minimal effort. And they go ahead to spam the forum with reckless abandon and most do not know anything else.

The Jr member demotion (for those without at least one merit) was a huge wake up call, and pulled the rug from under the feet of most members in that category, me for one.
Those willing to learn took a U-turn, thrived in the new system and grew in rank while those who saw the restriction as an attack on lower ranked members (as opposed to the actual target which was spam) fell off.

<…> You can still be in active signature campaign and still making your contribution productive there by reducing the stigma melted on bounty hunters
There may be some correlation to how one is in real life. Being on the forum with a skin provided by bearing an anonymity sheet around oneself is no excuse for creating shitty content, vomiting cheap words onto the keyboard in order to comply with campaign quotas … but it does allow one to do it, often at no expense, and with the appeal of being able to invest little personal time into it.

Likely, many of the anonymity sheet covered low quality posters, do not proceed that way in their day to day, but having no real known social circle to judge them, lets them play along in the cheapest way possible. On the other hand, those with high personal standards will likely invest a fair share of time into their posts, being it more aligned to their way of being, regardless of the anonymity provided by the forum.

Of course other factors will weigh-in, specially for those where posting here is considered a “job”. Job-posters will try to take as many “jobs” as they can simultaneously (minijobs?), and whilst in real life one would try to avoid looking bad, here the anonymity sheet works against us as a collective and let’s a poop trail qualify the same as Shakespearean written posts.

I would therefore blame the campaign managers in second instance for awarding literature Noble Prices with disregard to the content being produced (with only a few well known exceptions around). First instance responsibility is always upon oneself…

Multiple accounts is not against the rules, but we should consider the quality on the forum as we also try to earn from it.

Having alternate accounts for specific reasons isn't against the rules, but on most if not all the signature campaigns, you're not allowed to enroll multiple accounts.

Definitely no one is against signature campaigns, but against those who make such campaigns look really shitty with offtopic/low content one line replies all over the place all in a bid to meet the requirements on about 5 alt accounts(The new merit system one way or the other reduced this menace)

The merit system has done a well in the regards of tackling the issue but it has giving rise to merit farming I have come across various spammers with only a single merit still actively plying there trade in the spamming industry attaining one merit is quite no longer tasking where people are gifting, selling and purchasing or even blackmailing to get that precious one merit. It's won't be that easy to attain 5 merit or so that way further reducing the spammers in the forum

There are some active signature campaign members that still contribute positively to the forum and they should be imitated not just compiling quote of bounty work link destroying the balance of the forum.

The difference is that those quality signature account owners are maybe not account farmers, the post requirements for most bounties is not that steep, but when you combine it with dozens of other accounts, it can be quite draining and drive one to spam.
Multiple accounts is not against the rules, but we should consider the quality on the forum as we also try to earn from it.
And also fight back the spam as much as you can by reporting all low value threads and replies.

There are two reasons why signature campaigns are looked upon with indifference on the forum
1)Most times when the coin hits the market, its worth little or nothing/most probably could be a SCam,but this part has nothing to do with the forum..
2)posting under pressure/for an incentive, now this concerns the forum,as we really do not want this place looking like a "job"when it's supposed to be a discussion arena, with an option to earn.

Although am not not a big fan of bounty campaigns my education and research on them has not been to encouraging you get to find very few of them that pay in good coins like bitcoin ethereum or ripple and most of them end up the the dust and some are just disguised scam.  I still don't hold anything against anyone involved in bounty project.

Being on a bounty campaign is really not an excuse to bump the forum with cancerous spam post in other to complete post count. The forum has been fair enough to allow individual engage in signature campaign so far you have meet to requirements so it's disheartening to repay that gesture with complete savage spam post.

There are some active signature campaign members that still contribute positively to the forum and they should be imitated not just compiling quote of bounty work link destroying the balance of the forum.
