AFAIK No, all feedbacks from non DT list has no weight and no one can see it, only the person who gave that trust could see.
Even if jaydipmodhwa clicked on Farrukh's trust he couldn't see untrusted feedback from you, unless he looked into your trust.

Yes, untrusted feedback has no weight but everyone can see it if you only click "untrusted feedback" when you click someone's profile page. Try it first before posting arguments. Thanks

If he has been online and hasn't replied then you should immediately charge a file back instead of giving him time to build a case where he might win the chargeback. Thats the best step to tke in these cases.
First of all , know that you won't receive your money because Farrukh is most likely a hacked account / or Alternative of a hacker/scammer that was selling CloudMinr.io database account . (cant seem to find his account because all his posts got deleted)
a lot of accounts has been compromised during this hack , all you can do is leave him a negative trust . but you had to check his negative trust before trading with him since Hexacoin left negative trust yesterday already .

Buying and selling forum accounts are legal here , so, don't trust anyone . Use an escrow next time for safe trade. Even forum detectives will need much time to find out the real owner of Farrukh's account.
