The guy was working for the "Institut national des radioéléments" - medical application of radioactive material.
There was no stolen badge which would give access to a NPP.
And it also seems that there is no link to terrorism for now.

The protection of these powerplants as stated before, would not allow the badge to circulate without replacing all active passes. Murdering a guard would just draw attention and increase security.

this news sounds fake to me but if it is real , it will be true destruction of a western country.. authorities must invastigate this case immediately.. terrorists are in nuclear plants.. i cant imagine its results..
ISIS lost ground and influence in Syria and Iraq. Perhaps this incident is actually a sign that they are starting to fail and they fact that they are focusing on soft targets such as Belgium.
