Yes, it's really helpful for your nutrition and when you're tired. But are you sure about stress level and nervousness? Maybe hot tea, but I'm not sure about such help of hot water, sorry.


Agreed. It really gives a lot of benefits to our body. There is an old woman aged 60-70 years old who lives in one part of Asia that really looks young like a teenager and her secret of health and beauty regime by drinking warm water early in the morning and before taking a rest at night. That's her daily routine and it works.

Works great with tea—  Good energy booster. I guess the improved circulation may explain the increased energy I get from drinking hot stuff.

Water is just like ordinary food, like bread, it can not help for health. It is not medicine. In Africa or Asia you need water much more.  Grin

My best theme to discuss! I ALWAYS DRINK WARM WATER AND NOTHING ELSE! warm water helps my body to recover faster, makes my blood pressure normal. i always have a thermos with hot water with me)

drinking hot/warm water yes, will have the benifits but cold water not

Cold water can never help you to lose weight but if you use warm water every day within a few months you lose fat.
