I see Sanders rising sharply in the Democrats primary poll before Mach 2020. His policies resonates with the millennial and young educated Whites, as well as Blacks and some Hispanics. Biden (to me) is not a credible candidate as he has plenty of unpleasant baggage that Trump could exploit and shred him into pieces.

Warren seems too weak to go all out against Trump in a soon to be heated and tensed campaign. While Harris is nothing but Hillary Clinton 2.0. So, to me, Bernie Sanders is the only credible option to reasonably challenge Trump.

It is quite arguable that Bernie Sander's policy positions could very easily destroy the economy of the USA. Free healthcare for example, just one of his policy positions could absorb the entirety of all tax collections and then some. Then he has positions such as raising the minimum wage, which again demonstrate complete ignorance of economics and have an overall destructive effect to the economy because it results in employers cutting hours and firing people to make up the difference if not just outright shutting down. There are so many examples of his insane inability to comprehend even basic economic principles.

Healthcare in the US is broken and that is the reason for the high prices, over the long term, medicare for all saves us trillions of dollars. We are supporting useless leeches at the insurance companies that do nothing but take our money, raise prices and try to deny care, this has to end.

Raising the minimum wage improves things if anything, large employers such as Walmart would still be extremely profitable even if they paid a minimum of $15 an hour.

You can look at places in the US where the minimum wage is raised a lot more than the federal over the years, they are doing as well or better than places that have lower minimum wages. Unemployment doesn't seem to increase with increasing minimum wages either.

There are tons of studies that support my point of view. I can't dig them up right now, but you're definitely wrong on this.

Here's a video on the topic https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U-aOmwtYpEw

I agree there are a lot of useless leeches benefiting from the bureaucracy, but this is also a well known and inevitable result of any entitlement program. There is plenty of evidence that raises in minimum wage mandates have the opposite of the intended effect. I understand the argument but it is like saying water is good for you then holding you underwater in a filled bathtub thinking it will be extra good for you because there is more water. It is better to let the market decide as much as reasonably possible, and yes that some times includes what should be well defined regulation to preserve workers rights or else we might as well be China.

link me any video I will dump 100000 views onto, link me any stream ill dump "10,000 live viewers" into it, link me any twitter I`ll give it 10000`s of followers.

I do like what Bernie says, a lot of it, but he is still a fed shill at the end of the day.

Look at the comments and like ratio to view/sub ratio, notice the comments are non generic bot comments that actually relate to the video.

Go ahead swift through the JRE comments on that Bernie video
"my favorite skin in fortnite is the pink bear"
"That is a cool effect"
"Space is really big"

Now that is not to say Bernie or Joe are the ones botting themselves, I was a livestreamer on twitch and had 3000+ live viewers at one point in time, Blizzard was viewbotting me because I was playing one of their games. To promote their game and keep playing it. Anyone can bot anyone.

Ok then, bot that video you linked 100k views let's see if that works.

Smaller videos will have a higher ratio of likes and comments to views, simply because they have a smaller more dedicated audience.

Edit: The Ron Paul video you linked has about          0.025% views leading to comments
The Joe Rogan Bernie Sanders video has about 0.02%

Engagement isn't all that different. Now consider that the video with Ron Paul has only a small fraction of the subscribers of the channel, and those are going to be more active, being fanatical enough to watch anything the channel uploads, compared to Joe Rogan, whose video is also reaching a much broader, less likely to engage, audience.

btw, 5 million of the 6 million views, are viewbots.

YouTube has some very sophisticated systems to catch that sort of thing, Bernie wouldn't waste the money on viewbots and the video has high engagement with a lot of comments and likes and dislikes for the views.

I just don't see it and you offer no proof.

Just because you don't like the video content and popularity it doesn't mean that the numbers are fake.

LOL.  The stock market will drop 80% if this moron gets elected.

Capital will flee to Asia.  USD will collapse. Gold will be re-priced, north of 3K. US military complex will be undermined which will lead to major changes to the world's political map.

China, Russia will exert their might, annex few countries, control Africa and the Middle East.  South America will turn socialist and follow in the footsteps of Venezuela.

You better hope Bernie is not elected.  His election would lead to structural economic and political changes that will not be easy to reverse.

People were saying the exact same things about Trump - maybe even worse - and what actually happened? Nothing. Nothing happened. There's a lot of butt hurt people walking around moaning about how awful he is but really nothing has changed. The presidency is more of a figurehead position. The tide will likely turn against Trump in 2020, but will the machinations of the government actually change, regardless of who replaces him? Slightly, at best.

This is without a doubt true, and for a person to say this they're fear mongering. We have to be honest about the true power of the presidency, and the fact that they don't have almighty power to do as they please all they want for whatever reason they want.

The President is tamed by their advisers, congress, and the courts -- they're unable to just do whatever they want just because that's what makes them happy.

Also -- no one fucking knows what the market is going to do at any given moment. But we're sure it can go up, down, or stay the same. Simple.

Except when people said this about Trump is was 100% hysteria, as it always has been, and continues to be. Not based on policy positions, but based on people's emotional reactions to him. It is quite arguable that Bernie Sander's policy positions could very easily destroy the economy of the USA. 3. The US taxpayers bailed out Wall Street. A tiny tax on certain transactions is only fair, and it would limit high frequency stock trading which if we're honest is just a high tech form of stealing. This wouldn't really affect regular people who buy a stock because they believe in a company and hold it for five, ten or more years.

This would be very good but I also think probably unlikely to come about. High frequency trading is the backbone of the industry, they would find a way to get waivers in for industry so they'd never pay those fees. I think Sanders would be able to have some positive impact in this direction but not nearly the amount needed for real reform.

Your American education system has failed you that is why you don't understand my comment.

I understood your comment perfectly. You want to convey that you are a prick who thinks they know things they don't. It was pretty clear.

The entire world is being squeezed by America's corporate profiteers. Whatever Sanders can do to lessen the stranglehold (if anything) is welcomed.

Assuming this would naturally lead to a depression and mass layoffs is nothing but your assumption. We did have a recession under Bush and we may have a recession under Trump, which would throw every theory you have about how the economy works right out the window.

I don't give a shit about corporate profits.
...

You will when you and everyone you know will lose their jobs, and will not be able to get a minimum wage job.

Economics 101.

You don't understand the capitalist system.  You are poor and don't know why.

What the fuck are you even talking about? Everyone is going to lose their jobs if Sanders is elected president? You don't even have any inkling of how stupid that actually sounds, do you.

Why does every smarmy, conspiracist know-it-all dipshit on the forum converge in P&S?

Your American education system has failed you that is why you don't understand my comment.

Under Bernie, the US debt will double in the first year. The drug, gun stocks will be collapse which will bring the rest of the stock market to its knees.  Corporate profits will suffer across the board.

1.Big corporations like Amazon and Netflix pay almost no taxes. The rich people in the billionaire class can write the laws to benefit themselves. Bernie taxing them would cut the deficit.

2.Bernie is also against the rampant military spending that only enriches the corporations that sell us these expensive toys. Honestly I don't think paying more for expensive toys wins wars. I think having a more functional country is a better long term strategy.

3. The US taxpayers bailed out Wall Street. For every big thing Bernie proposes he explains where the money will come from. When congress votes to spend another half trillion dollars every year for the military they don't.

I think this video got great numbers, any video on YouTube that gets a greater number of views than a channel's total subscribers is an outlier, or a hit.
Joe Rogan's Channel has 6,015,027 source: https://www.youtube.com/user/PowerfulJRE/about

The Bernie        JRE #1330  has 6.1 M views  (in about 3 days)
Andrew Yang's  JRE #1245  has  3.4 M views  (in about 5 months)
Tulsi Gabbard   JRE  #1295  has  2.2M views   (in about 3 months)

But Joe doesn't want to make waves because he wants everyone to come onto his show, so it's not like he grills everyone that comes onto his show as a way to get them to answer the tough questions. The guy lobs softballs at everyone and then agrees with them, which is one of the BIG reasons everyone goes onto his shows.

I've watched a lot of JRE episodes and there are times where Joe really does expose, confront and ridicule bad ideas, especially when he disagrees with them. I like that he lets people talk and works with them.

As for him not making waves, he does host a lot of very controversial people that the MSM would never give hour after hour of airtime to, people such as Alex Jones and Jordan Peterson, both of whom I disagree with on most things. Yeah, Joe wants them to potentially come back so he doesn't become hostile but he does push back on some things with his guests.

Bernie Sanders went on to the JRE podcast and got over 5 million views over a couple of days. During a little over an hour, Bernie has time to make his agenda clear, unlike what we saw in the democratic debates.

If you're at all interested in what a Bernie Presidency might be like, and I believe he has a shot it's a good watch.

I know the topic has been covered already but they only thread I found here was a trash-fire that got locked by the person who posted it.

Joe is a waste of podcast time, no real value.

Au contraire. If it wasn't for Joe Rogan I probably would have never gotten interested in bitcoin. It wasn't thanks to him so much as Andreas Antonopoulos appearing on his podcast. He's been on 3 times as far as I know, and each time is awesome. There is not a clearer, more well spoken ambassador to the world for bitcoin than Andreas.

I first heard about bitcoin on an NPR podcast in 2011, but they were so dry and boring about it, all I could think was that it was "nerd money." Who cared? I sure didn't.

Rogan's podcast has become so huge, its now a force to be reckoned with. Its pretty much become a form of mainstream media, despite still being "just a podcast."

Him being a nice guy doesn't detract from the quality of his podcast.

If it had no value, millions of people wouldn't watch/listen to it every week. I mean, the same can be argued for Alex Jones, who I find to be an utter shitstain of a person, yet my opinion doesn't take away from the value that other people find in him.

Maybe I was a little too strong on it having no value, as that's unfair to him.

I just fail to see the point in an interviewer agreeing with everyone that comes on the show. I'd love to see him argue with both sides to get some real information -- instead of people just using him as an avenue to promote themselves and get free advertisement to the millions of people that watch him.

He's a great part of the podcast world yes, but he doesn't challenge any ideas, which is something I don't really like.

You know what they say about people that just agree with everyone and anything, right?

Thank god someone else notices that Joe does this. He doesn't have any real views of his own, he just agrees with anyone else on the podcast and that makes the other person look really good as well.

Obviously this went 'viral' by the way, Joe Rogan alone gets millions of views rather quickly but when you put one of the Democratic frontrunners on the show as well OBVIOUSLY he's going to go 'viral'

Bernie Sanders plan is to tax wallstreet, not end the fed.
Andrew Yang`s plan is to give everyone $1000 free of fed money, not end the fed.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=otEbT0l_Hbg here is his 1 hour of h3h3
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cTsEzmFamZ8 here is his 2 hour on JRE

Sad both candidates given an hour on a real main stream outlet, and both fail to mention anything about the fed.
Don`t fall for these puppets, The entire world depends on this decision coming up.

I am serious, promote Ron Paul, He actually believes in bitcoin and Liberty. He will end the fed and show us them aliens.

I am not expert but I think the best thing is for us to just vote on issues, rather than voting people to vote for us, now we have a say on the laws we must abide by and where our tax money goes.
Now we all have jobs! 8.8 billion jobs created.

https://imgur.com/haz02ll

I know how to incorporate all of this into bitcoin, it will take a few tweaks to the code but not much. I know how to make bitcointime, replace fiat and be tradable into bitcoin.
