It doesn't makes sense to use google authenticator for an iOS device. But even with that, if you like to use it, you're free.

The other choices that I've known that are being used by many are authy and aegis. But with aegis, I don't think they have it on iOS.

I've found authenticator app+ it has got 4.8 reviews. I am not an iOS user though but authy seems to be supported in iOS.

I was using Raivo but today I learned that they stopped developing it. I'm looking for an alternative, does anyone have a good suggestion like Raivo?
If I am not wrong Authy is available on IOS platform too and it's considered as best compared to any other platform with the knowledge I have so definitely you can take a look at it if your looking for an alternative.
2FAS is another open-source authenticator which can also be added in your list.

I currently used Aegis which I don't think it's available on app store still yet but base on the link shared by Nwada001, it made reference of Tofu as a better option for IOS

Tofu is good. It is open source. https://www.tofuauth.com/

For my iOS, I still make use of Google Authenticator, but what I just don't do is allow synchronisation with my email, as I consider that dangerous.
It is not also open source.

I guess I have seen a list of 2FA apps here on this forum; let me search for it.
