Is there any data showing which one is likely to survive? Could be terrible idea, especially if ETH keeps up development and etc does not.Does it really matter since most miners sell their coins right after it hits the exchange?

As I've been predicting for a long time, ethereum is still and will remain a good choice for GPU mining (at least for some more months). Try to mine ethers and share your hashrate here, just to make sure that you're getting enough hashrate.
