Nobody knows when the market will turn back around, or even if it will turn back around. The same thing goes for guessing which coins/tokens will make you a profit by the end of the year...... who knows if there even will be a profit to be made this year. You should DYOR on projects and determine if they are quality projects, and by doing that perhaps you will find something of value.
For me, the best altcoins would be EOS, XLM, XRP, and HBZ. For EOS, their mainnet launch will be the best reason why their mqrketcap would rise significantly because if is also widely used for crypto trading, added with XLM, and XRP which are also widely used for their projects, blockchains, and cryptocurrencies as a trading standard. As for HBZ, their token price right now is way below their ICO price like 1/20 of their ICO price so its a good investment right now because when their product launches, many investors would pump in their money in them because of their project which is car ownership and rentals and ongoing developments for every transportation like by sea and air.
Pay attention to the first line on the platform, which implement the platform: zilliqa, ontology, quarkchain
I'm currently in a bit of a fork here. Most of my holdings are currently down (I will not sell them right now) and I don't want to miss this opportunity (altcoins are in such a low price) to make profit within 3 months time. Can you list or elaborate some possible altcoins to give a good profit within the end of the year? Any suggestions are much appreciated.
There are actually many, instead of suggesting a name for altcoin, I will suggest you to leave all ALTs and only concentrate on ALTs having strong fundamentals and working team behind it, some of the examples with my experience include:
STRAT
RPX/PHX
NEO
ICX
WAVES
ETH
etc... the list is too long and all of these projects are worth to look into, analyse market sentiments around these and look out for a possible breakout.
I would pick something that has been around for some time and doesn't have the thread of completely disappearing soon. IMO the altcoin market is going to continue to be really bearish, for the smaller alts at least. Realistically, right now the best coin to invest in IMO is Litecoin. Low price right now, and hasn't quite caught on as silver 2.0/digital silver, which is exactly what it is. Once investors realize Bitcoin is gold 2.0 and Litecoin is silver 2.0, then we will see the real moon. Not only that, but Litecoin will be having it's halving sometime next year. By end of 2019 we should see Lite a lot higher than it is today.
ICX is best pick now. once it was $10+ and now its below $1. also its huge project with good tech and huge partnerships. so i think it will be a good decision to buy ICX at current price and hold december.
